EXCLUSIVE: Here is a great holiday gift for soap fans: I’ve learned that Prospect Park has revived its plan to continue cancelled ABC daytime dramas All My Children and One Life To Live online. I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

It just seems weak to me that PP seemingly has no kind of PR machine in place. Even your most garden-variety con artist would have someone on his/her team to act as spokesperson for the group.

I think it is odd that they don't have someone writing PR. There is a service that will do PR for $100 a release. Like they couldn't afford that...it isn't like they would need to get an expensive firm.

Ironically, one of PP's co-founders also co-founded The Firm (...IIRC...) and if memory serves me correct, TF was all about the PR. (I interned for a talent management firm that was located in the same building as them.)
