EXCLUSIVE: Here is a great holiday gift for soap fans: I’ve learned that Prospect Park has revived its plan to continue cancelled ABC daytime dramas All My Children and One Life To Live online. I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

With a WGA deal in place, that is pretty huge. As for the Castillos, I have no issue with them coming on.... explore that family a bit more in depth.

The stuff with the Laverys was such a fail. Both Jonathan and Erin had plenty of potential.

maybe to an extent, but the Castillo's were about as propped as the Lavery's were. Griffin was basically called the "second coming" that's Ryan Lavery language :barf:

As much as I love CSJ and would love him to return, I don't see it either. I don't mind a recast though-just want more Hubbards. As to the Castillos, usually the writer who creates new characters inevitably makes them a big focus of the show (paging Babe and Krystal!). This time around, I don't think we will have as much of that, at least to start.

I wonder if Angie's mom could return wasn't she a counselor or something?
