I am more offended by the "DONT MISS THE DEBUT OF THE LIPSTICK CARRYING NEW GAY NURSE" hype RC/GH/ABC spun than the character.

What hype?There wasn't any

During these days when us gay boys can only get our fix on LOGO and RuPaul's Drag Race, I say go for it with this male nurse character.

As long as they don't cast that evil sourpuss bitch Brett Claywell into the show, I am good.

Quartermaine fan, I suspect we WILL see Felix saying "You go Girlfriend" sometime while getting ready for the ball...

Still, I mean for all its faults, I still like Lafayette on True Blood who is very much the black, sassy, gay guy cliche but has been fleshed out--*maybe* Felix will be in time, too.

As he prepares to go on stage in full Sylvester for his You Make Me Feel Mighty Real number...

While I'd personally love to see Kyle Lewis (played by Brett Claywell) come to GH, I doubt you'll have anything to worry about soapsnstuds. I doubt Frank would ask him back and Brett has pretty much moved on from acting and focused on his charity organization.

Well didn't FV/RC get word that their audience didn't want to see gay love stories which is why Fysk got the ax? IOW, the audience doesn't want to see gay characters in relationships making out and whatnot, but they're fine with daytime's answer to a Meshach Taylor character.

Well, if he does that, then what the hell is Jamey Giddens gonna do?

There But For the Grace of God Go I.

A special line change for this event - "With no blacks, no Jews, and no gays," will be replaced with, "With proudly effeminate and out black gays...holy [!@#$%^&*] I won a GLAAD award, I created out and proud black and gay characters and Nora was Jewish! Blacks Jews and gays...GLAAD!"

Maybe they'll produce a remake of The Beulah Show for her.

I must have missed something--I didn't know Frank spoke out about Brett? I remember some implication that it was his partying behaviour that killed Kish (yawn), but I thought nothing official was said. Annnyway...
