Which one is the Tack House?

I hope Nikki/Victor stay happy this time around though I prefer her with Jack.

I'm assuming these are bumpers? They kind of look like stills from the old B&B opening. I like them better than Y&R's "new" opening.

To me it is. Nothing about that house says that a wealthy family owns it

The whole idea of the tack house was a place that someone who had no huge desire for wealthy trappings (Cole) could stay in. It wasn't supposed to be a fancy place.

It looks like barn in the middle of nowhere though.

That's what I liked about it. Cole wanted that type of life. Victoria went along to please Cole, even though she never fit in there.

I don't remember anymore who lived there after Cole moved out, but I liked it at the time. I don't think Y&R's set redos are ever a good idea. I haven't liked any done in recent years.

I don't know how they managed to make the Abbott house look cheap the last time I caught the show. That set was beautiful and rich looking for years through a couple of updates.

It's looked drab to me for quite a few years now like it's stuck in a bad time warp.

Far from it.

How anyone can give up on a 40-year-old show based on a few bad years is beyond me.

Perhaps. On the other hand, I believe many would agree that a lot of damage has been done to a lot of characters on Y&R, and that the irreparable damage far outweighs the reparable.

I don't follow Muhney but saw his tweets on another board. Why is he using twitter as his therapist?

Me neither. To me, Y&R always has been a show which needed a lush budget. After all, aside from the psychologically complex characters, part of its appeal with audiences was, in the past, its breathtaking visuals.

I'm more concerned about the "fans" who follow him and take everything he Tweets at face value (he has some defenders on Twitter that are nuts).
