Members Vee Posted November 2, 2023 Members Share Posted November 2, 2023 In fairness, looking at the details it seems like it's simply part of a special broadcast event for the anniversary (along with cutting the runtime down) and is not the new normal for that story. So that I can understand, to show "The Daleks" to families at home on an anniversary. Members Vee Posted November 8, 2023 Members Share Posted November 8, 2023 (edited) Per this new casting notice, apparently UNIT will continue to have a lasting presence in Ncuti's first series (though we did know Kate would appear): Interestingly for @DRW50: John MacKay appears to be playing the same character he played in RTD's Nolly, which suggests a crossover between RTD's Who and his film about Crossroads, something he recently hinted at.
