New App For Classic B&B Episodes

If you're a fan of THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL and own a Roku set-top box that's connected to your TV, you're in luck! Because adRise has just released a B&B TV app, which showcases 75 of the soap's most memorable episodes. Three collections are also included: "Most Shocking Moments," "Catfights And Brawls," and "Best of Ridge, Brooke And Taylor." You just install the free app on your Roku set-top box, and then you can watch the episodes on your TV at no charge (but with some ads, naturally).

"Viewers have responded enthusiastically, saying they hope to see more," said adRise executive, Thomas Ahn Hicks. "Our initial data indicates there is a passionate viewing audience for THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL. Viewers typically watch all of the episodes once they have viewed a few of them."

If you're not a Roku owner, don't worry. adRise will be releasing the app onto other services later this year, including internet-connected TVs, Blu-ray players, set-top boxes, game consoles, iPads and Android tablets. So eventually, we'll all be able to get our fix of classic B&B action!

I dont have that set top box but I cant wait for it to get to the iPhone and bluray

LMAO at how Brooke, Ridge and Taylor got their own collection of episodes. 33% of the episodes plucked from across the show's history devoted to them? Sounds about right....lol

On another site (I think linked to Errol's news article???) there was a screen shot of some of a list of episodes. The choices are totally random but they ARE past episodes mostly 10+ years old. This could become a success...

The episodes are definitely from the 2000s from the video I posted.

    • Not surprised as that season was a hot mess with the season premiere trying to address the Rodney King riots while at the same time having a client played by Dan Castellaneta run around LA in a Homer Simpson costume. Tinker & Masius made good drama on other shows but were toxic together trying to follow up DEK.
    • ON topic. It's not normal for a 70+ year old woman to be obsessed with Challie - teenagers. I dislike Challie and anything to do with them. Thank GOD they are no more!!!
    • For some reason I thought Miami Vice was more successful than it was. I mean it's available on blu ray and sales were quite good. But the show was only in the top 10 for one year. The show was hyped a lot on TV and other platforms.
    • Kenny mentioned how quickly they all got sick and died. How about Kayla? She was doing her rounds and they wanted to do blood work. She resisted saying she was fine but finally agreed. A few moments later she's told her numbers had dropped. She's like I'm fine and boom she collapsed. Please register in order to view this content
    • Miami Vice weakened Falcon Crest in 1985/86 and if NBC left Miami Vice at Friday 10 pm in 1986/87 it might have finished off Falcon Crest. Miami Vice may have been the new hotness, but they still got beat by Murder, She Wrote. It will never not be funny to me that Miami Vice was clean swept by Murder, She Wrote (in weeks where new episodes of both shows were broadcast, Murder, She Wrote finished ahead of Miami Vice in all those weeks). Angela Lansbury referred to Miami Vice as Miami Heat in a 1985 Los Angeles Times interview. It might have been an accident or she might have been throwing shade but in an elegant and classy way though.
