No, I got it: Phyllis only imagined running down Cricket and Paul. Actually, Phyllis had been drugged earlier, and her "memories" of the event are in fact post-hypnotic suggestions courtesy of (you guessed it) Dr. Lustig, the real culprit...and who's also Sheila in drag.

I just saw some of the Christine/Phyllis (aka Sandra King) videos. I forgot how good the back and forth between "The Bug" and GiggyHeffa - MS certainly brought out a different energy in LB. Now I'm kind of psyched for Christine's return. If there is one thing that Stafford really brings to the table is her ability to have fun sparring sessions - especially with the more bland characters on the canvas. There was only one actor who could match the energy and we know who that is. Oh, how I pray for the day when VR returns!

Also, don't you think it's time someone start a Friday "Heffas" edition of Y&R, like the good old days with ALL MY CHILDREN and their ho's?

One of two ridiculous scenarios will take place to clear Phyllis:

1. Dr. Reid will reveal he was treating a patient he thought was Phyllis, but was actually a look a like, who turned up later pretending to be Sheila. He thought she had been safely put away and didn't want to concern Phyllis so never told anyone. When she had escaped he was already in California and no-one told him about it. Then when he heard the news about the Sheila impostor being killed he just assumed there was no need to dredge up the past since no one was killed in the hit and run. Phyllis is cleared of any wrong doing and Sheila is still alive and well and still looks like Kimberlin Brown.

2. Dr. Reid hypnotised Phyllis and made her do all his evil bidding, but it backfired on him. We will see a retake of the scene with Dr. Reid in the back seat telling her what to do as she mindlessly does it. Dr. Reid was in fact in love with Christine and felt if he couldn't have her, no-one would.
