Given that Facebook is constantly suggesting that I become friends with former soap stars, I decided to come up with a game.  Some actors are unrecognizable after their time on soaps, some look as if time has stopped.  Using the spolier option (aka the eye in the upper portion of the reply) tell me your best guess for the following actors and the role for which they are best known.  I added them in order of difficulty.  First one to guess all four wins.

Hint: most of these roles were recast

Spoiler

1 is a not very different at all Kale Browne. Pretty sure 3 is Brian Gaskill.

I briefly thought Chris McKenna had suddenly aged about five years, but checked his social media and thrillingly he has not (he is doing PassionFlix though, @DRW50 in addition to his more esteemed recent works).

@Vee #4 has a high degree of difficulty but seeing this picture inspired the whole idea for my post.  I promise he's not too obscure, but the hidden clue should be helpful

I didn't see the start of this so do not know what the game is but I know one of these actors & the 2 roles he had & which he is better known for & what about the lesser known role is an interesting factoid in fan culture. I'll just go sit quietly.

Matt Bomer (GL) stars in and exec-produces a new eight-part limited series Fellow Travelers, which has landed a series order from Showtime. “Fellow Travelers is a love story and political thriller, chronicling the volatile romance of two very different men who meet in the shadow of McCarthy-era Washington.” The story goes from the ‘50s through the ‘80s AIDS crisis.

#1 is Kale Browne, known best as AW's Michael Hudson. He also played Sam Rappaport on OLTL by virtue of his status as an FOJ (There's the soap pop cultural factoid, being a Friend of Jill's.) How about for extra credit that he was married to Karen Allen a brilliant serious actress yet best known for being the female co-star in the first Indiana Jones movie.

Charles Parnell, the exceedingly hot Derek Frye #2 on AMC, will be appearing in both Top Gun: Maverick next month with Tom Cruise but also in Part 1 of Cruise's upcoming two-part Mission: Impossible film, Dead Reckoning.

Barbara Crampton (Y&R, GL) will be appearing on the livestreaming aftershow for the public broadcast of the third episode of the new season of Mystery Science Theater 3000 on their new Gizmoplex platform, on May 7th. She starred with DOOL's Lisa Rinna in "Robot Wars," which is the film being riffed on in the episode.

"Robot Wars" was mentioned in this thread before when the episode first debuted for Kickstarter backers, but the public event is coming up and Crampton will be appearing with the show's stars during the stream.

Who is this?

Chrishell Stause, ex-AMC, and after AMC she was doing some big deal real estate something-er-other & now this week she's gone public with this relationship with a female rap star.
