I know it probably wouldn't be a big seller but I'd love to see a box set with cleaned up versions of the 50's episodes which are available. I've been lucky enough to see most of them, but some had rough quality. Those episodes have some incredible moments.

If you expand the + on the description page it does tell you more actors on each episode. But I hear you.

I gave them a range of episode #s yesterday because I was looking for the masquerade ball then went over and screened them and chose this one. It was Ep. 9397 I believe. Maybe Feb. 15, 1984 will need to double check.

This company is handling distribution all over the world as well so there's sort of always something in the works for all of them but nothing imminent on the DVD front.

It's not always easy to tell. I'm finding a lot of dates referenced on online websites and YouTube can be way off, or in some cases they list a record date instead of the air date or just are off by a week or a month for whatever reason. We don't have clear daily recaps for every episode ever so the further back you go the fuzzier it can be. But back then they recorded about a week or so ahead.

By the time they do the next 20 episode set for ATWT or GL, I'd like to see a sampling of those episodes left over from the 50s and 60s. I know with GL in particular there's a block of like at least a full month from 1966 available. I'm sure within their collection there is SOMETHING. I'd like to see that included. I'm sure some other people would be curious too. Plus there is little risk if you put it in a set with lots of other stuff.

Also, if they ever release a Christmas DVD with all of their soaps, I know for SFT (and maybe ATWT) there are Xmas episodes from the 50s and 60s that can be included.

That's great, thanks! I don't even remember that day, probably because it was pre-VCR. The episode on the disc is Lujack, Beth and the others.

Except what was digitized with the old AOL Channel (and I am not 100% that is the same quality as the remastering now), SFT is in storage and it may take a while, but SOMEDAY it will all be encoded and hopefully available online to purchase.

It's all a big unknown. The sales of the DVDs so far has been above expectation so who knows. I still think retail stores like Walmart are perfect for this kind of thing. I could see a lot of impulse purchases happening from fans back in the day.
