Herb seems like a bit of a douche LOL

He's just doing his job and he's damn good at it. Karen lied and got caught in her lie. She deserved to be called out for it.

Kinda how Nora is now

unlike Nora, I felt he was fair and didnt let his own agenda's dictate his actions like she does all the time

Yeah. It sucks most characters now-a-days are either such a hot mess they're unrecognizable or they're either "good" or "bad". Grey characters can't seem to exist anymore and it's a shame.

Larry looks ALOT like Peter Bergman aka Cliff from AMC. I wonder if any comparisons were made to the two men around this era

  • Member

So is that Larry's sister? Isn't that Brynn Thayer?

Jenny Wolek, Karen's sister and Larry's sister in law

How was she a Wolek if that was Karen's married name?

Karen and Jenny were Larry's distant cousins.

I think AE and Marco were on the show at the same time again in 1989. I guess they didn't want to remind viewers of Marco's dark past but I wish they'd been able to have more scenes together.

Whose the blonde guy she was talking to?

If it's a young blonde cornfed type, he was the pure and innocent son of Talbet Huddleston, Talbet being an upstanding man who was actually a monster (paying for hookers, beating Katrina into a coma, and accidentally running over Pat and Tony's son Brian). When he learned the truth about his father, he had a big breakdown with drugs and all the works.
