December 8, 201114 yr Member I hope Days and Y&R do well. Well more so Days but i have really been enjoying both. MarDar have stepped up their game. It's starting to come together. This Will plot is awesome homage to when Sami saw John and Marlena having sex. A GENIUS MOVE!!! I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT SCENE when Sami saw John banging Marlena's guts on that airplane which then lead to Sami's downward spiral which lead her into a notirous villianess in the 90's. I CANT WAIT TILL LUCAS comes back and get's mixed up in this. A lot of long time Days viewers will know what I mean. It's like wow. Home again.
December 8, 201114 yr Member I hope OLTL & Days does well this week in the ratings. I despise the senseless Gigi/Stacey story, but I still want the show to do well. I'm enjoying angry Will and Jack's PTSD story on Days.. Hopefully, things will start to pick up again on Days. The show is still a little boring. Edited December 8, 201114 yr by Kimmiemae

December 8, 201114 yr Author Administrator Damn. DAYS fell hard. I was hoping they would at least stay in the 600,000's.

December 9, 201114 yr Member I'm finally starting to enjoy DAYS right now as I'm loving the show again like I did back in the spring. It seems like the reboot has finally found its footing and the new Salem U stalker storyline is amazing. I'm glad Lucas is coming back too as he's needed in Will's big storyline. I expect DAYS to start rising back up and up by February sweeps. Y&R is better but I'm still not into enough right now to follow it everyday as I'm sure some of the stuff their doing will be even better a couple of months from now. B&B continues to be rock solid. I'm hoping OLTL continues to climb for obvious reasons and even though I am keeping up with GH I can't wait for Ron C. to get in there and change things.
December 9, 201114 yr Member I'm hoping OLTL continues to climb for obvious reasons and even though I am keeping up with GH I can't wait for Ron C. to get in there and change things. OLTL finished October with its lowest viewership (2,537,450) and demos since March (2,447,130). But the soap bounced back nicely for November (2,657,400). OLTL beat GH in the 18-49 demos for an amazing 7th week in a row. Plus it tied for #1 in the prized 18-34 demo. OLTL has been quite consistent this year as March is the only really down month: 2011 Monthly averages: Jan 2011 2,541,300 619,500 Feb 2011 2,601,316 647,250 Mar 2011 2,447,130 594,600 Apr 2011 2,598,048 670,000 May 2011 2,561,667 647,000 Jun 2011 2,552,636 644,400 Jul 2011 2,679,450 640,250 Aug 2011 2,840,739 735,400 Sep 2011 2,725,190 662,250 Oct 2011 2,537,450 617,000 Nov 2011 2,657,400 647,750
December 9, 201114 yr Member Well I am glad that OLTL is doing well. I hope that Days will go up. I hope the new writers can turn GH around.
December 9, 201114 yr Member What's happened to DAYS is not surprising. The ratings went back up with a holiday, then fell for two possible reasons: 1) All the holiday viewers went back to work. 2) The people who left still haven't come back because the first month of the Reboot turned them off so badly.
December 10, 201114 yr Member My only question for the Bells and CBS is when? How much lower are you willing to go before a change is made?
December 10, 201114 yr Member Why does it say DAYS fell 0.2 in households from last week? Both weeks did 1.9.

December 10, 201114 yr Member My only question for the Bells and CBS is when? How much lower are you willing to go before a change is made? I don't think anyone cares at this point They're just waiting for the end. MAB gets her checks and gets to go to fashion shows and art festivals - more fun for her!
