2002-2004 Episode Count for "All My Children"

This is put together from the episode transcript site and SOC's recap archive so accuracy is probably somewhere in the 95 to 97% window instead of the 97 to 99% window. For example, there were a lot of comas in 2004 and there were 2-3 episodes each where "Ryan" or Bianca" may have aired in but there was no inclination of it in the transcript so it wasn't counted. I added just one extra episode to each of them as an attempt to balance that out. If anybody finds any mistakes feel free to point it out and I'll eventually get to correcting it in Excel and uploading a new copy.
