I'm just glad Malcolm is going as this Malcolm reminds me of Ike Turner and I don't want to see Debbi with that mess. The idea of a middle-aged woman changing her name to "Harmony" is bizarre. Between this, the Sharon trash, and the bizarre Taboo-style writing for Devon and Tyra I still wonder what porn some Y&R writers have been watching. Please...Morgan would be 30 times more interesting as Leslie Michaelson's mother than Devon's. In fact, if they had to give Tucker a child, Leslie would be a better choice than Devon, period. It's sad to think the only chance she might have had was if she took her turn to be degraded by Adam. They hire people based on their name and then they throw them into a story assuming the name will compensate for not having a story. It's really embarrassing just how pointless and difficult to watch Tucker is even after almost two years and in spite of Stephen Nichols being a casting coup. And now, in a story no one cares about, that is going nowhere, they throw in another name to try to hide that it's being made up as it goes along. It's like MAB and crew can only think of adoption vs. real parentage stories, and delude themselves into thinking it's somehow original that almost every story seems to turn on it. Stunt casting to boost horrible ratings 2. Another desperate attempt at "diversity" 3. To cause brief problems for Tucker/Ashley After her six months at Y&R are up she'll be back recurring on AMC.
