AMD@GH explained it to me above, but it's still not working for me re: embedded YouTube vids. I believe that's exactly what I'd been doing before and it used to work (embed link, Auto Linebreak mode HTML enabled).

I had issues as well and figured it out. Get the YT link and then press the button next to where it says Font. Click on Media and where it says Content, post your link. It should end up in this format: YT Link[/ media]

Are you for sure using the embed link or are you just using the link to get to the video (that's in the address bar)?

Make sure you press the "share" button & then the "embed" button, then you'll see the embed code ;-)

I still don't see the problem with large signatures. Who made that rule?

It's been a rule for years. I stop fighting it.

A technical update to our forum software will fix some of the issues mentioned above. We will implement the changes to the software in the coming days.

Does that mean SON will have a blackout again?...lol

I'll just turn the boards off for about 10 minutes in the very late hours sometime this weekend. That's about it.

I did forget one issue I had, Errol. When I was posting, I highlighted a quote from another website to go along with the link, but when I clicked on the quote button, the text completely disappeared. Not sure it if it's just me, or a more common issue, but I wanted to let you know about it.

OH! Speaking of copy and paste...Whenever I try to copy and paste something into a quoted reply, it pastes it ABOVE the quote. Even when I make sure to click BELOW the quote in the reply box, it still puts it above. So annoying.

I don't know if this was mentioned, there are times when I quote a post and my post end up BELOW the quicky reply box

I guess I'm easy, cause I mean, I don't really care enough to complain. LOL As long as I can post, I'm good.

I can't believe Iforgot this...

When you're trying to post, it's unclear if it's worked. You press "post", the little load bar pops down...Then nothing. So you press it again till the page finally changes, and POOF you've posted it twice...lol
