So Lindsey Hartley whos' husband has a job in LA is now going to move to NY?

If they move the show for actors they are dumb Actors are expendable.

If they have another viable business reason diff story.

Well Alicia moved herself to LA and her husband has a job in NY so it's not out of the question.

While I like ER, this is a shame because Christina Bennett Lind has really made the role of Bianca her own. I hope PP doesnt pull "the Real Bianca" like ABC did with "the Real Greenlee."

I agree she has done a good job. I didn't miss ER.

As I said if they have a viable business reason that doesn't center around having to have certain actors I am all for it, Lucci is a diff story

DV is so gorgeous. wub.png

She is gorgeous. Neicey needs to come back to NY. She doesn't need AMC. Loved her on White Collar as Diahann Carroll's granddaughter. It would be nice if they would expand that role.

Maybe having both shows under one roof will save them money in the long run.

There *is* that tax credit for TV/film production. AMC couldn't have taken advantage of it before but they could now because they would be considered new production. I'd love for them to move back to NY mainly because I think the move was a bad idea but I doubt it would happen. It's just a pipe dream of mine.

People why are you putting stock in anything Miss Nellie says? nbe.jpg

I agree, but If AMC moved back to NY, maybe I'll watch again. That move just took the whole feeling out of the show for me.

Well after reading that they are going after ER to get SL to sign just made me chuckle. He is as much an ER fanboy as he is a CC fanboy and to this day won't acknowledge how dreadful she was on Y&R and how her firing was unfair.

For some reason I think I remember seeing two different ages for her.

Me too. I read 27 -- and that was three years ago.

I prefer CBL.

Moving back to NY wouldn't seem like such a crazy idea if they were starting from scratch, so to speak. Didn't PP purchase several sets and wardrobe? That's a hassle moving all of that to NY, and frankly, I think that would be a bigger fly in the ointment than worrying about what actors would move back to NY with them. As an actor, you may fall in love with a city, but first and foremost, you want to act and be employed. I know these are TV folks who don't really have theatre backgrounds, but actors tour and do regional work... it can be a gypsy's trade unless you have been blessed with employment and financial security. They will weigh their options and most likely answer the call (if called). If PP is more comfortable with the idea of its Royal Pains, OLTL, and AMC all being in the tristate area, I can understand that.

Frankly most acting is like this. Primetime shows don't last forever and acting is very much a jouneyman kind of profession. I love Susan Lucci don't get me wrong but moving AMC back to NYC just for her would seem ridiculous when they could very likely work out some sort of recurring type schedule for her. 99.9 percent of he actors out there move from job to job and yes so do the A listers most of all.

He sure wasn't an ER fanboy during the Breese stuff, he threw her under the bus to sing TB's praises LOL

Welll I thought Breese was horrid. THe entire storyline was terrible so I didn't watch much then. I always thought NB was an ER fanboy bigtime.
