No, that news broke in the Spring

Oh well then they let FV out. Why they want to keep RC is odd unless they have to pay RC regardless, Maybe RC won't let them off the hook for his contract maybe he doesn't want out. SO they decided rather than to pay out his contract they would just use him elsewhere. They likely have writers at GH coming off contract periodically and would probably prefer to not renew any of those writers contracts especially if the show is gone in a year or less.

On the one hand, I don't think Lorraine has ever told any "rape is hot, especially if the woman kind of wants it," stories. On the other hand, I imagine Llanview will immediately have some sort of control freak puppetmaster, or two, who run roughshod over what's left of the canvas.

Rex

Fortunately JPL is moving on to primetime, so Rex will be left to try to take over Gorilla City, offcamera.

Maybe I should have been more clear about what I meant about actors not airing upsetting people. I think for some viewers if they expect to see favorites, and the focus is on new people they don’t care about they are going to be upset. It will be even worse than it is now potentially if there is a paying component. It is one thing to be upset when you can’t see your favorites and the show is free and a whole other thing when you pay.

I thought he was just doing a few episodes?

  • Member

Not so far but I wouldn't be surprised to see him join, frankly...

He will probably be on DWTS next season

Please no. He's going to be a big star. And I don't care as long as he's in nothing I watch. He can go make movies with Ryan Reynolds - I don't watch any of those either.

Isn't he going to be on some reality show with Farah Finger

He'll be damn good at it...all shirtless with his pole dancing....

Glad someone else dislikes Ryan Reynolds :P

Yeah though the focus seems more on the women like her--but several of the people on it are still doing their soap at the same time.

They're on the reality series "Dirty Soap." Let's wish them both the best of luck with it. Otherwise the people watching PP can look forward seeing more Gigi/Rex or watching FF and JPL as a recast Zendall.
