Why even do a tribute for a woman thats not even there

I like Gladys, but she sounds really rough tonight.

The entire Oprah tribute is focusing on other celebrities.

Since they're in the business of honoring shows that have been long cancelled, can we get a Ricki Lake montage next year? The whole audience can dance to Go Ricki! Go Ricki! Go Ricki!

I really hope Oprah at least taped something. Otherwise it is a little bizarre.

I don't mind this because Oprah is, duh obviously, an enormous part of the history of daytime television, so I'm cool with it. If not for Oprah, this show would have had even less of a focus on daytime.
