I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thinks that Kellie is putting on a act. I don't see her as Top 3 material, but I agree that she does have the fan support. Thanks to her little act.

I first started rooting for Lisa, Paris, Ayla, and now I'm starting to root for Mandisa in the female vocal dept. Paris's appeal has worn off for me. I like Katherine too, but not enough to see win. For the males, it's Elliot and Chris all the way.

Chris will win for the guys.

It'll be close between Mandisa and maybe Katharine.

I actually really hope Mandisa wins. But if Chris wins I'll be happy.

And so what if Ace has a girlfriend? Does it really mean anything these days? LOL. Guys have been married forty odd years and then come out of the closet, so... LOL.

Pickler gets on my nerves. I really want her out next. I dont see her going anytime soon bc it looks like she was VotefortheWorst.com's backup if Kevin went home. Add their votes plus the fact that she actually have fans means more of this annoying wannabe

Want to hear something funny? The guy who runs VotefortheWorst.com is a former highschool friend of mine! His name is Dave Della Terza and we were friends for a couple years in highschool and were in the same group of friends. He was always off-the-wall with pop culture and very talented making films and videos based off reality shows like Survivor. I was very surprised though when I found out last year he was the person doing this website.

Anyhoo, I think Kellie totally revealed herself as being a fraud when she asked "What's a ballsy?" It reaked of desperation, like she was trying to re-do the funny "What's a mink?" moment from 2 weeks prior. I don't think many people laughed at her ballsy question, but instead just groaned. Talent-wise, I think she's very good but I think there's a few who are better.

I don't think Katherine's voice is that strong. She's just kind of there. I don't see star-quality in her. She's a good singer, but as Simon would say, would be better as a back-up singer instead of being in the spotlight.

Taylor Hicks is just annoying. It's like he's channeling Ray Charles but he can see. He's funny, but like Chicken-Little, he's just a caricature; a human cartoon. No one would pay to see that [!@#$%^&*] in concert.

Elliot is good, but to be honest, his weird looks detract from his overall appeal.

Bucky needs to go. He's another one who only sounds good when he's singing, but if you look at him or listen to him when he talks, it's all over. His IQ probably isn't very high, either.

Lisa Tucker. Meh. She'll go home soon. Cute girl, but not a star. Maybe she could try out to be a recast for Y&R's Lily.

Ace has the looks to be a soap opera hunk. His singing isn't always perfect, though. He totally butchered "If You're Not the One" by Daniel Bedingfield a couple weeks ago. When he does falsetto tones, he looks like he's straining to reach those notes.

Paris impressed me the most at first, and I think she's still great, but I don't see her winning in the end.

Mandisa, a.k.a. ManDIVA, is awesome! I hope she makes it to the top two.

Chris is definitely No. 1, hands down. By the cheers from girlies in the crowd, he's already got alot of fans too. His song was killer this past week and his voice is so strong and solid. And he's got the looks too.

It's definitely an act with Kellie. I've been saying it for two months. I'm so sick of her!

Gray Bunny, I totally agree about Kellie. The "ballsy" crack did her in. I don't think it's enough to keep people from voting her in, but it definitely made people realize she's a fraud.

That said, I still loves me some Kellie Pickler!

Anyway, it's interesting that you said Katherine should be a backup singer and made reference to Simon quotes. In fact, at '50s Night, Simon was the one who said Katherine's performance that night finally made her a star. So in his eyes, she's definitely in the running.

As for Chris, AP on Friday put out a story about how some fans are turning against him for copying Live's version of "Walk the Line." Apparently that band in 2001 cut a cover of the hit Johnny Cash song that sounded EXACTLY like Chris sang it.

And the plot thickens...

Ha, who says, AI isn't like a soap opera?!
