"Thorsten Kaye -- who exited the soap last year when his alter ego's plane went down -- is returning to help wrap up AMC's final months. But since the body of Kendall's presumed-dead husband body was never recovered, will Zach return to Pine Valley in the flesh, or be a figment of his widow's imagination"

I loathe Zach and Zendall but I have nothing but good feelings for Thorsten. I'm glad for those fans and I give him props for being willing to return on short notice and for, I suspect, low pay. This is a mitzvah. I bet Eileen Herlie is proud of him.

What is the character Patrick going back for? You know what I mean. I think he has better use for AMC then OLTL. But you never know. He can go to OLTL right after hes done with AMC. Also remember that Kaye has a very good relationship for JHC.

+1! If they were going to destroy Marty to prop Natalie & John, the least they could do was bring Patrick back to escort her out of town.

I just hope Zach comes back in a dream or as a ghost to give Kendall permission to fall for Griffin.

Cause GhostZach would make what kind of sense? Oh yeah none, seriously *smh* bad enough Kendall is nothing but a Griffin prop.

Dixie needs to be ALIVE too, Tad and Dixie fans deserve payoff as well

That's what I was leaning towards here. Kendall's got Griffin. Marty needs her soulmate more! Call me fangirl if you want here, but I just wanted a better payoff for Marty/Susan than what is being penned now.

Cause Susan is his real-life lady? I don't know. I knew it was wishful thinking on my part but it would have been better for Marty/Susan fans than what we got shafted with. But at least we're in agreement on the way Frons is making a mess of Marty!

I hope his return is real. I want one more David/Zach scene.

If AMC's very last scene consisted of Kendall walking in on Zach and David in bed together, I would never stop laughing, lol.

It says he's coming back for the last few months, so it sounds like he'll be flesh and blood and not some ghost. Dixie will most likely be back as a ghost, and I doubt they would do that for two characters simultaneously. And now that we have the obvious returns of Cady and Thorsten finally out of the way, I'm waiting to hear about the returns that most of us want (MacDonnell, Meriwether, Canary, Barr, etc).
