Slightly off topic, but I hate Keanu's shoes. He wore those damn shoes all day yesterday on every talk show with different outfits.

Gosh, Tad and Dixie were THE supercouple for me. MEK was such a fun/funny heartthrob, and Cady played the young southern belle so well. Her early portrayal of Dixie reminded me of the character of Carson from one of my favorite movies growing up - Shag: The Movie. Anyway, this couple was "goals" for me. They were one of a kind.

Also, Julia Barr was sooooooo good. I miss her. The Dixie/Liza rivalry was so good, but before that was such a great Dixie/Brooke rivalry. AMC 1989-1995 was SO good.

Speaking of, years before, these girls won gold! I love them.

Thanks for posting, love it! I don't think I knew she was a big AMC fan before getting the role. I wonder if she loved Erica Kane but then when she didn't get along with Susan, it wrecked her haha. I'm just glad she still appreciates her time there and is still great friends with Kelly and Eva.

Yes, really interesting how she dances around not mentioning Susan but instead mentions Erica Kane. 😂 Also, side note, Sarah's voice is really deep. It sort of sounds like Savannah Guthrie's voice before she had the vocal cord surgery. I hope Sarah is ok or maybe just had a cold.

Awww, Joe and Ruth meeting baby Jamie! LOL at Erica and her nose. Also loved Susan's delivery about Tom being a doormat. Julia Barr is a legend. I wonder if she and Susan were close.

I've posted this a few times over the years, but honestly this is a core memory that will never go away. Y'all know I love Dixie and Tad... and when Tad "died" fighting Billy Clyde on that damn bridge... I was devastated as a little kid. But damn, if Craig didn't satisfy me hahaha. I know he was a schemer and honestly I don't remember how he left the scene - I need to go watch - but this scene will forever and always stay with me. And then Tad/Ted returned and that damn Canadian wilderness location shoot where Dixie saved Tad.. oh and then remember when Dixie was with Brian?!? and then Tad shows up and they're talking through the door and he says something to convince her that it's really Tad - something only they knew - I was so happy. Such great storytelling.
