How would you save ALL MY CHILDREN?

Bring back Greg Nelson. Have him return with a wild teenage daughter, one he adopted, who will have a good heart but cause some problems. If Natalie Ross is still healthy enough to act, bring back Enid to interfere.

Have a David/Liza/Greg triangle. Complicate this by taking Marian out of the institution.

Bring back Tim Dillon as living hand to mouth as he's spent years just trying to get away from his family. His return brings out Amanda's insecurities.

Bring back Mark and recast Trey.

Kill Ryan - he tries to play hero for Greenlee and is gunned down. Greenlee is in a coma for who knows how long and Mary Smythe returns to take her share of Fusion. She also fights for Jack.

Kill off Marissa and have a grief-stricken Krystal leave town.

Bring back Tom, Livia, and Jamal and have them in a friendly but fraught relationship with the Hubbards. Have Livia and Angie on opposite sides in a malpractice issue at the hospital. When Randi leaves town, Jamal and Frankie argue over the same woman, but Jamal wants Frankie too. Frankie rejects him and this only adds to the complications.

Get rid of Griffin.

Bring back Tara Martin with a terminal illness to help remind viewers of early Martin family history. Kelsey and her younger son (didn't she have one?) move to Pine Valley. When Tara dies she leaves behind a clue to a mystery.

Pair JR and Kendall for good. Make them a volatile couple with huge control issues. JR buys WRCW and becomes a quasi-messianic cult figure on TV.

Those sound so good but not going to happen.

They absolutely should blow up something. LOL ConFusion works perfectly for that. It might even be really interesting if the whole thing is an accident and not something intentional.

I disagree about Jack and Erica. I think there's a reason every HW for the past 7 years has done the same thing with them, because it's all they have. When they FINALLY get together, they implode. It's always been this way. And I've never seen anything to lead me to believe that's going to change. I don't think there's a man on the canvas for Erica, but then, I've never had a problem with her playing the field. I might the one Erica fan who thinks she can't settle down. That it's not who she is. That she needs to 'out there'. I really don't know what to do with her, if they insist on going back to J&E, because it's been the same tired/lame dance with them for so long.

I hate the idea of Fusion ending for good though because where will Kendall/Greenlee, etc, go after that to work?

First of all, both ladies will work from home...they will figure it's the "green thing" to do...and rebuilding their base of operations will be costly, and given the economy they will make cuts. They will be models to all business owners who are viewers and that's where AMC will adapt it's ability to instruct as well as entertain. Social issues always run the gambit.

The girls will go to Krystal's...or the casino...or maybe a new place will be resurrected in the spot where Fusion offices burned.

JY & AM are fire together always and JR and Kendall together as a pairing would be AMAZING! I think they need to repair their friendship first though because it's been really damaged since JR pushed those building supplies on her by accident and launched Bianca off of a balcony.

I like Griffin away from Kendall (though I do find them cute together sometimes, but he's just not her type at all). I'd keep him and maybe do something with him & Amanda/Jake or what about Griffin/Liza/David?

How about an HIV + lover?

In Bianca's case I just wouldn't want to do something as heavy as that with her. I'd just make it a new, slow burn relationship with no terrible hidden secrets or betrayals or anything like that to start off with...just something nice & pleasant for Bianca to entail post-Reese

Touche LOL Idk why I think if Fusion burns down, that's the end of the whole company....LOL

I love that, an adopted daughter. Could she be Asian just because there are no Asians in daytime and she would add some culture to the canvas. She could make a play for Frankie, and come between his marraige to Randi. What would close friends Greg, Angie and Jesse do?

Greenlee friggin went to film school, okay. B*tch knew all these famous people, let her tap into that again. And Kendall, Kendall would do really well running the Miranda Center or something. Something much more grounded for their individual personalities.

I'd like to see Enchantment rise from the ashes, or better yet, I'd LOVE to see Erica vs. Kendall in new business adventures.

There's not enough David for my liking. However, for the past 3-4 years, AMC refuses to let him interact with any except Ryan, Greenlee, Tad, Jessie, Jake or Angie, and it's killing the character. He and Bianca haven't had a scene in months, and when they do, it's completely devoid of any history. They let him play with Erica when they want to flash D&E's chemistry, but it's never anything sustained. He's good with the Kane Women. He's good with Liza. He's good mixing it up JR, and probably would be really good with Caleb.

^I think this is my biggest example of a character going in a circle. VI has chemistry with everyone, why not exploit it? I'd love David to be David again. The !@#$%^&*] he used to be, but with a heart and real feelings. (The guy has an amazing romantic/playful/carefree side too, we just haven't seen it...god how long has it been?)

That would be a good story. I would say there could also be some racial conflict but that might be too early 90s sitcom.

As for Kendall or Greenlee working I think it's time to give up the ghost on that. I think it's sort of an insult to working women to ever pretend these ladies have any real job. Just have them going around town rich and bitchy (or, in Greenlee's case, comatose).

What issues today would you want to see played out amongst the characters?

What issues would they allow? They over turned Erica's abortion, so we know where they stand with that. Bianca is only gay when they remember. AID or HIV would be the only thing I think they haven't done in awhile, but still, I mean that's something they could make only matter when it was brought up.

I think something with child abuse. I mean isn't that the kind of thing the Miranda Center helps with?

There's all these tools, all these settings, plots, characters...there to be written, they're just not. It's why I think with a little vision and someone to tell Frons to sod off long enough to get some stories moving, AMC could be good again. It's all still there.

Racial conflict for the '10's then, I think you could reteach the lesson, there are still barriers today, at least I think.

Child Abuse is a good idea and I think that would work perfectly for the character of Ryan. Perfect way to usher him & CM out at some point. Ryan always has steam coming out of his head, bugging his eyes out & rambling at any given moment. I could totally see him being an abusive parent towards Spike or Emma (or both). Hope that doesn't sound terrible of me...

I just love seeing characters (especially women) on soaps working, especially at big companys...that's why I LOVE seeing the women work at Fusion. Idk, I just do.

I guess to me these are not real jobs. They sit around talking between their latest health crisis/hostage situation/presumed death. Fusion just has seemed silly to me from the start, like if Frons had his way they would be having pillow fights.
