I've always wondered if the name choice for Generations' Doreen was at least a *little* inspired by OLTL's Dorian.

Yes that Greta Powers thing is a bit odd. Greta on TD was originally Greta Van Allen and became Greta Powers when Matt married her mother Maggie,so it seems to be just a coincidence.

Search also had Jenny Deacon, played by Linda Gibboney, concurrent with Jenny on AMC and OLTL.

As unique as B&B's names have been, I guess the undisputed champion of exclusive name use would be Dark Shadows. Barnabas, Angelique, Laszlo, Millicent, Bruno, Naomi, Magda, Sandor, Bramwell, Flora, Josette, Leticia, Quentin, Burke, Gerard, Aristede, Pansy, Minerva, Mordecai, Jeremiah, Jamison, Desmond, Kendrick, Cyrus, Sebastian, Kitty, and others.

Yes, they were both women. Rocky was Rena Sofer.

Brandy on EON is even more interesting given that her full name is Brandeis. Was Brandy Jewish on the show? I know she was a lawyer.

Actually,Brandy's full name was Olivia Brandeis Henderson.
