I never heard a song of his, but for some reason The Huffington posts links to clips of him on various talk shows, and he always comes across as charming, nice kid. He goofs around with his hosts and I guess I would sooner watch him in an interview than some people who I actually know what they sing.

marceline, I can't believe you started a JB thread! LOL

I think Justin is very down to earth, very funny and likeable. He knows how to poke fun at himself and doesn't take himself too seriously. Musically, I think he's going to get better as he matures, and he has the right people backing him.

Here are a couple of good articles I read:

Why Is Justin Bieber This Popular?

Wow. I can't believe how much as changed in 3 years!! I felt the same way and he has really gone down fast...

How ironic considering how hard he tries to ingratiate himself into black culture. I heard Whoopi defended his ass this morning by excusing it bc he's from Canada. Girl, bye

Oh there's a second video

Joking about killing a black person and being in the KKK. His stupid ass fans are on Twitter defending it.

Bieber has issues. I have no idea how he still has fans. (I didn't know why he had them to begin with anyways) But, after this racist [!@#$%^&*] he pulled and the drug problems. Why are people still sticking up for and listening to this guy?

The main comments I keep hearing from his fans are, "He said this years ago! He's apologized!" and "It's all a plot to help One Direction!" (there was recently a leaked video of two of them supposedly smoking pot and making a few comments that upset some people)

He did apologize, but the whole "it's a conspiracy!" thing is way too much like the later years of Michael J. That Bieber is already at that point this early in his career doesn't bode well for him.

Yeah a lot of people say "He said this years ago he cant be racist!" but he made this Sambo looking graffiti just last year.

Didn't he spit on his fans before? Some of these lunatic stans will defend anything

Has anyone else heard Mark Wahlberg's wife's response to Justin's Calvin Klein ads? I saw it on TV today and made me laugh. Going to look for the quote now...

There is a story at uproxx.com. I had trouble uploading it.

I thought the retouching comment was hilarious!

She sure backtracked fast on that. Considering the awful PR her husband has gotten recently I'd think she has better things to talk about. And I can't stand Bieber.
