I would also love to go back to One Life to Live. They just got a new Joey, the character I played, so I would love to go back and just do a walk-on where Joey's in the middle of something super serious, [acts out bumping into him] and says, "Oh, hey. Sorry," and then just keep waking. I would love to do that.

THR: Not even address what's going on?

Fillion: Not even say anything, just an "Excuse me." And then him go, "Wait, was that? No ..." I always think those are hoots. I heard recently that One Life to Live did a little nod to Castle. One of the characters was being interrogated by my uncle Bo Buchanan and he said, "No, no! This isn't Traffic. I know how this goes, I watch Castle!" I like that kind of stuff.

He seems like such a good-natured guy. I love that he not only does the requisite, "Yes, I did daytime, and it was a good experience," stuff, but goes so far as to demonstrate that he knows the characters' names and what is going on on the show.

He really seems like a good guy. He always talks fondly of soap operas, and I love how willing he is to acknowledge his roots and even go back for appearances.

It would be even better if he bumped into TD during a scene with Kelly at a restaurant or something and said, "Excuse me, let me handle this" and acted out a couple lines of Joey's dialogue before going about his way.

Well it is OLTL's forte to do such tongue in cheek scenes, remember KDP's Blair reminiscing about the time when Blair was played by an Asian? And you have a Guiding Light reference almost every week.
