April 5, 201213 yr Author Member What a superb performance from Christopher Templeton. This is better than anything on Y&R today. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EDqjZYt5My0&feature=channel

April 5, 201213 yr Member That episode was filled with SO MANY AMAZING performances! Lauren really let Victor have it, and the best part is that he didn't do A THING. Nina Arvesen is sooo gorgeous in this episode. I know she is supposed to be severely depressed, but she did such a good job, and she also told off Victor when he tried to touch her and she was like "No, just don't touch me!..." and finally Christopher Templeton. No offense to the great Bill Bell, but how dare he not know what to write for this amazing actress, after this story was finished?.... This should have been the pint where they said "Wow...we need to keep her going", so i don't really get why they just let her be a background character. Maria take note: That's "popping" off the screen.
April 5, 201213 yr Author Member It's sobering to realize just how superior Y&R was at this time, in every area. Even the Cricket/Danny scenes are better than anything on Y&R in the last 3-4 years.

April 11, 201213 yr Member December 1977 Daytimers Trish Stewart! My favorite actress and favorite character on Y&R, woohoo!
April 11, 201213 yr Author Member I'm glad you enjoyed it. When I have a chance I will post more of her.
April 11, 201213 yr Author Member How close to the end was this for Marguerite Ray? I thought she was gone by this time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0r00WiqlLQY&feature=channel
April 13, 201213 yr Member Carl, that was toward the very end of her run... Look what somebody finally uploaded! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIRvQLhfbuM I SO wish that this was the episode where Michael Corbett lost it in the winner's circle when "Things that are stiff" came up in the top box. My memory is a bit fuzzy, but I see, to remember him giving the clue "an excited man"... or something like that. they never used that category again. Edited April 13, 201213 yr by alphanguy74
