One good thing I will say about Phyllis is that I like that she is back to her old self. She NEVER worked as a Newman wife, nor as someone who was part of the "in crowd". She works much better as a desperate bitch who schemes and goes after what she wants. Phyllis never stopped being a bitch, but she did stop owning it. I grew tired of the silly excuses and how she and the show tried to justify the way she acted.I saw signs of the Phyllis, I love to hate, rather than the hypocrite twit, I just plain hate. She's unapologetic, self destructive and really doesnt give a damn. Thats how Phyllis should be. The submisive stepford she was while they tried to push she and Nick as this great love, nearly ruined her. Hopefully, this is the final end to them and she can go back to being a villianess who causes trouble but isnt held down bc she must present herself as one of the "good" people on the show.

I just cannot get behind Kevin (and Greg Rikaart) as some lovelorn, romantic young lead. Everytime I see him bitch out Jana or talk about the amazing, deep connection they used to have, I just keep thinking "online stalker." His eyes will always look shifty to me.

He's being an unsympathetic ass. He knows that she's going through some issues from the surgery. He and everyone around him is acting like the person who's doing this to him is the Jana he married. He couldn't even handle this situation for a month before his punk ass wanted to get a divorce, so much for that "amazing, deep connection". To make it worse Jana never gave up on him when he was going through that chipmunk crap. Chloe needs to shut it and not tell anyone they're a stalker.

For real. Wasn't she stalking that useless waste of space Cane when Chompers dumped her, in order to keep her pregnancy "all in the family"?

In a show of epic fails, the biggest has been its inability to build a viable "young set." Lame-ass Lame head the list. Followed by Chompers and anybody. Chlamydia and his entire enabling hangers-on (it says something when Nazi-Art Smuggler Jana comes across as the best of a bad bunch). Amber and her video porn past. Even Daniel and his porn 'tache. The incredible invisible man aka Chance. NuHeather. Even Chloe who I used to love has become unpleasant to watch.

They have tried their best to make Chloe a victim over and over again but all I ever see with her is that nasty headcase of 2008 and early 2009 and all her bitching at Esther which was obviously supposed to make her seem sympathetic but which was then hastily resolved when the show realized it didn't work. They have tried to take the easy way out by having various characters insult her (Nina, Lily) or by having her lash out at easy target Jill, but that doesn't change the rotting refuse she is inside. Hendrickson is not a very warm actress, and she has little chemistry with most of her leading men. She would be better off if they wrote Chloe as a bitch instead of Chloe being propped and being thrown from one flop pairing to another to another.

As for Kevin -- I don't know any other show where a preyer on underage girls is constantly written as a moral authority.

That would be great...Then we could all forget about the horrible marriage of Nick and Phyllis. They were fine as an affair, kind of fun. But they should have never been persued as a real relationship...
