But isn't that why we have abc.com? unsure.gif

I don't think these people (ABC) really consider people with a slow connection. It would take forever for me to watch it on there.

Like a combination of the two you mean? I'll agree with that.

They need to not make Annie so polarizing if she's going to be a lead, too. I love her but my friend DESPISES her.

Like you see the couples on OLTL, Brody/Jess (not Messica) & Nat, Chris/Layla...thier SLs are atleast rootable and understandable, on AMC right now ppl are waiting mostly for JR to dump the wife and accept Annie, do something w/ Frankie/Randi, develop Ryan/Madison and for godsakes fix that David/Greenlee thing (personally I think they need to end it and free her up for Scott or Jake or a new YOUNGER character.. and end Jamanda before love spreading becomes a disease that we fear. The teen scene on OLTL also just kicks AMC in the you know what

I agree, she needs a personality. A stable one, especially if she set to be Mrs. JR Chandler w/ Emma and AJ in tow and the town against it.

This is making me sick. And so is the US media's blasé attitude towards this. Had this happened in Los Angeles, no doubt this would have bombarded the airwaves. We'd already have the one-hour specials polluting the airwaves. But our media isn't showing us the pictures these renegade blogs and websites are illustrating. They show the occassional dead crab and the cleanup, but rarely any aerial shots, no shots of the Greenpeace people stepping IN MUD at the MOUTH of the Mississippi River.

And the second they realized that even a tiny drop of oil spilled, the first concern should have been for Hurricane Season and coming up with something else other than putting a dental dam around the Gulf(like, actually plugging the hole to begin with). Hurricane Season was an afterthought until it just got completely out of control and they(meaning the oil companies and the feds) couldn't avoid it. I still believe they're downplaying how bad this spill has become.

BP and the feds can jimmyrig a webcam to show oil spewing out but they can't use modern technology to cap a f*cking oil spill? What the hell is wrong with these people? We don't want live video of mother earth ejaculating oil, we want you to stop the spill.

This problem is bigger than political parties. People's livelihoods are being crapped on by big corporations that give handjobs to our federal government on BOTH sides of the aisle. And instead of figuring out ways to HELP these people, just like Katrina, they give out relief money to people(with little oversight, leaving room for theft by government workers and scammers), hoping they just take the money and run further north and abandon the places they've called home for years.

Yep, great post. :) I like David and Greenlee but if they're serious about us caring they need to not make us feel like Rylee is inevitable. :(

It's sad how DaLee's SL which was rushed and is nearly as creepy as Marissa's w/ JR makes me want Rylee (that's just me b/c they are like AMC's version of Pinky and The Brain). Even knowing Greenlee isn't good for Ryan or vice versa, and I actually understand why Emma likes her especially w/ the way they wrote Annie in the past and you can see how Greenlee is fighting her own soul, she doesn't know who she is w/ David or even likes it. With that said hopefully Madison/Ryan gets very rootable, extremely to the point Rylee isn't revisted in a long long long time if ever.

So does this mean today's AMC and Days will air tomorrow? I thought I read something once that if the show is preempted more than half on one coast, it won't air on the other coast, and it will repeat, or is that wrong?

I'm not sure...I've heard that before as well, but I'm not sure how accurate it is.

CLAP CLAP CLAPPITY CLAP!!!

And I swear, nothing, absolutely NOTHING, incenses me more than when people who DON'T EVEN LIVE DOWN HERE use this as a way to jack off their own political agendas. The same thing happened with Haiti and Katrina and the tsunami and 9/11 and almost all other things like this. It makes me want to jump up on the cafeteria table and tell everyone to STFD and STFU. It's about the people and it's about solving the got damn problem. It is NOT about "similarities to Katrina" or "how Obama's handling this." The focus should squarely sit on the gulf coast of Louisiana (MY HOME) and doing whatever we can to save it and preserve the livelihoods of the people who live off the land down here.
