Bronwyn's mom is the most toxic person I've seen... since watching Mommie Dearest in my early teens. Now I get why Bronwyn is the way she is. She needs a good therapist. No, make that two. Maybe three. If I were in her position... with my mom speaking to me like that... I'd cut contact asap. I won't put up with this nonsense. This woman is a total monster.

She's worse than Reba (Sutton's mom) and takes the crown for worst RH mother. Id have thrown her azz out and told her to go stay with one of her other kids whom I suspect dont see it for her either

Absolutely. And the way she does it... That "poor angelic me" style of gaslighting is what takes the crown. She is the type of bish that everyone else thinks is the best... most nurturing mother... but behind closed doors she strips her child from their dignity and self respect with toxic jabs and manipulation. So scary to witness...

I've lived through it. Survived it. Proudly no contact with a similar creature like that. It makes me have empathy for Bronwyn, even though I don't like her we much as I did last season. She needs to look around and cut all these narcissists from her life... And yes... I'm talking about the husband too.

Sending a virtual hug. My mom hasn’t always been the best as I’ve been an adult but I couldn’t even imagine not having a relationship with her 

 

speaking of mothers, I didn’t even realize Mary’s had died. Hopefully both are at peace in their own ways. Mary continues to surprise me with how vulnerable she has been. I don’t think she’s been in therapy but whatever work she’s done on herself has been amazing

P.S. I agree about Mary. Her arc this season is very meaningful. A palate cleanser from all the worthless bickering. I would watch an entire show just focused on her... and her life. I think she is a bigger personality than what the housewives can offer her. But at this point I'm just grateful she is with us in this capacity.
