I still see Natalia with women. She is just coming across way too hard and her current attitude stinks. I wish they would let her be a bit more feminine. They could start by getting her out of that ridiculous cop uniform. 95% of the time, thats all she's wearing. She's a very pretty girl but they dont showcase it. Id love to see her get a Fusion makeover, straighten her hair, getting a hot dress, wear some heels and totally blow all the guys away. She has SO much potential, but the way the show is portraying her isnt all that flattering

That's another MAJOR gripe of mine. I'm tired of her being smacked down by Jesse every time she does something by the book. It's incredibly insulting to not just Natalia, but to me as a fan of her character. She doesn't need to prove herself to a corrupt cop. I get the fact that she's been a Daddy's girl all her life and wants his approval -- but once she noticed that he breaks bends the law whenever it suits him and his slave masters Zach and Ryan, she should've realized that his approval isn't exactly the mark of an excellent cop. I should bring this up in the Postmortem thread, but since I'm here -- this is also a huge dramatic story point Pratt missed. The conflict between Jesse and Natalia once she found out about some of his unlawfulness. It was glossed over with her being mad for like one scene or whatever, and then healed with a hug and a kiss and a trite "I understand you were protecting us, dad!"

Loved Erica/Jack/Opal, David/Greenlee and felt really sad for Brot....

Ryan calling somebody else an ass? Bitch, please.

And such great dialogue! It was kinda lame how Jack was supposed to have that phone call from France, and all he says is "Bonjour! Oui! Non! Au revoir!" rolleyes.gif Seriously? Would one line be too hard to get? Something that would make this a little more plausible and a little less stupid?

Yeah, I think it's not bad--it just has some moments were it's utterly WTF???? wacko.gifblink.gifblink.gifwacko.gifwacko.gif lol

Very off and on these past few years--AMC has always held a certain fascination for me (more so than the other ABC soaps) but bad writing has not allowed me to get into it. Still, I do dabble in it. I think I'm going to stick to it more now.

    • Yassss....come on Maurice and Brandon...give us nothing!!! Wow, their need to develop their craft shone like a blinding light this episode. Brandon in his Martin and Smitty scenes sounded like he was reading and the facial expressions were giving Disney Channel. He did much better against Maurice in the Martin v Ted scenes. Now, Teddd-dyy (Dana's voice) was just flat. I watched the episode just now after reading the comment on here that Maurice needs to stop swaying, and now I can't unsee it. Has it really been this bad all along?  Ambyr carries. I don't need to say anymore. I am kind of excited to see this Kat/Tomas/Eva stuff play out.  Bill is such a dick to Dani. Like that's the mother of your children that you cheated on with your daughter's best friend but you look to take those low blows. Lord! When he said that thing about it being obvious he didn't care about Dani anymore since he was the one that walked out...that was cold. I even felt for Dani. Bill definitely is all over the spectrum. You can see a villain possibly surfacing, but you also see this great father. The elder Duprees move a little funny. I'm wondering what that is all about. Are they just overly protective matriarch and patriarch because they think it's what's best for their family, or are they afraid their secrets will come out or there's something more sinister there. Why would Vernon want to keep that information from Martin?  I hope something interesting comes out of this June stuff, but as of right now, I'm not too invested. It's not helping my interest on Naomi or Jacob either. However, tge actress playing Naomi has comes a long way from day one.
    • None of the males are taking their shirts off every week, so we know they have some degree of acting skill.

    • What can I say?  I did my best.
    • Thank you for sharing. I guess Nancy was catatonic most of her time on the show, so I guess the gasps make sense, lol. I had heard Cathy and Dick DeCoit were supposed to be on the show longer, but Trish Stewart leaving changed all that.
    • @Rmodelboy Thanks for posting that On-set pic of June. She looks great, you just might be right about her being Hayley sibling.

    • Claybon said Samantha and Tyrell were initially 6 and 7, but aged up for technical reasons, first aged up to 10 or 11, and then finally to 16 and 17. Is that the first time soap children have been SORASed twice before ever airing?

Is this someone you should be dealing with? I got the drama on lock. Leave it to me. You are my sister. You have loved & protected me every moment I've been in this world. It's my turn to stand up for you.
