Don't you know it? SN walked onto the set and was all kinds of sunshiney fabulousness! But Jess just didn't get it. So he had to explain it to her. rolleyes.gifrolleyes.gifrolleyes.gif

Indeed.

Poor TWO TIME EMMY WINNING Jess needs acting tips but Josh Morrow/Daniel Goddard/Peter Bergman/Billy Miller/Michael Muhney/CLB/Braeden don't?

At least now we know why so many of the men have never been worse than they are now. Rauch probably just asks them to drag the women around by the hair.

RAUCH HUNGRY!

WOMAN COOK NOW!

I am embarrassed and offended by the treatment Jess Walton receives. It saddens me. Humiliating.

It's not even just Jess.

It's all Y&R's women.

Under Maria, Sheffer, Hamner & Rauch the sexism/misogyny on Y&R is the worst it's EVER been.

And African-Americans!!! Once the pride of this show, now they treat them as an embarrassment. It is jaw-dropping. And rampant. Pervasive.

Exactly.

And, let's just SAY that I can get over the fact that he "instructed" her. Sometimes, the producer needs to nudge actors, or a director gives them a different direction.

But the fact that he felt he had to publisize this for everyone to read, and he made her sound like a fool who cannot read between the lines of a script, while SN sounds just great, is unforgiveable. Just plainly horrid.

Queen MAB, Roach and Team are a cancer to this show. Or some other, heavier, more horrible, metaphor.

Such a lovely heartfelt interview and so humble too.

No pretensions, no compromises, it's all about artistic product. So refreshing.

Knock knock

Dwayne

What a bullsh!t interview where NONE of the tough questions were asked. Screw you, Michael Fairman.

Talk about a group of people who should never, ever give interviews! Yvonne Zima pops?! Jess Walton needs acting instruction?

I'm not sure tough questions were needed. It's like she just decided to hang herself as far as I can see.

Yes, even in these easy as hell questions, her arrogance and incompetence managed to shine though. She ALWAYS puts her foot in her mouth.

Jess Walton needs acting tips, and Yvonne Zima blew them all away? What the f.uck? That alone should tell you the type of idiots running this show.

Pretty much.

And Rauch saying Darius audition was ONE OF THE GREATEST CBS HAD SEEN IN 20 YEARS yet all Malcolm does is work for White People & make sandwiches?

And John Driscoll made them cry.

Apparently the way to get featured on this show is to have a lousy audition.

Ummm...I am sort of speechless about that entire interview and it's only because I am laughing so hard!!!:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: We are so bloody screwed!!! I have been reduced to reading about the eppys because fortunately my brain cannot compute "stupidity"!! And if I was never positive that this show is offkilter, the very fact that she used the words Yvonne Zima and WOW in the same sentence convinced me. The fact that she even utters the word "Bill Bell" makes me nauseous.

It's interesting the show appears to be gaining viewers but for me it's all an illusion!!

And just to be clear, I think we the viewers have just been called "stupid" and "clueless" in a backhanded sort of way because we just don't get and see the "brilliance of this writing" and some of the "akthing"!:lol:

I feel neutral about Driscoll. Chance is bland, but he was decent as Coop. I haven't seen enough of NuMalcolm to have a strong opinion there either, but I think he'll work. Yvonne Zima though is bad. Everything about her on screen presence sucks and I'll even go so far as to say she's worse than CkLily as far as I'm concerned.

The only saving grace is that Daisy doesn't have the same kind of air time or cutesy love scenes as CK, but her version of a psycho is at least as painful to watch. The reason that Sheila and Phyllis worked as psychos is because the actresses had a certain intensity about them. Just one look from MS and KB can run chills down my spine. Zima is the exact opposite. She's playing Daisy as a low energy, sleepy, slacker psycho wanna be and it just does not work.

Truly a clusterf*ck of an interview and it's getting all it deserves.

And to think I wanted to stop reading from the very first paragraph of that introduction.... but the force of stupidity sucked me in! rolleyes.gifrolleyes.gifrolleyes.gif
