Leann Hunley (Anna) has been secretly taping at the DAYS studio and Digest has the exclusive. "I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call. It came out of the blue," says the actress, who hadn't taped since March. "It was one of those, 'Would you be interested in coming back for a few days and then we'll see what happens.' And I said, 'Okay.' But they said that the caveat of the whole thing was that I had to keep it a secret. So, I didn't even tell my mother!" Anna will be revealed as Sydney's kidnapper on Friday, December 11. Tune in!

Wow! That's crazy. I guess Anna is doing this to get back at the Dimeras for killing Tony? Didn't she blame them for his death?

I hope they will write her with some layers and she might be able to stay around on a recurring basis. Anna is a classic character and she really can do those complex faceoff scenes very well, the ones Kate, Stefano, Vivian, EJ, Sami, etc are also very good in.

That's all I could think of...her wanting revenge for Stefano. That came out of left field for me, I wasn't expecting it to be her!! I'm very eager to see how this all plays out.

I so hope she has scenes with Kate, Stefano, Vivian!

I hope this might have a good scene with her and Roman too, since he was an important part of her life, and now she has his granddaughter. Josh Taylor's Roman is what he is, but he had a good spark with Leanna when they were briefly together again in 2007.

Holy cow! Well this is a nice twist and actually wraps up the whole Tony angle of the baby switch. Amazing when writers actually remember points they wrote long ago.

I can't remember the last time Days was able to surprise peeps. Kudos on keeping this a secret for so long. I'm looking forward to seeing Anna again and her revenge on the Dimeras. Very nice surprise.
