Yes! She brought up how Sharon was indirectly responsible for the crash that caused her paralysis which made Sharon "lose time" and go klepto (only on soaps). My question is this - did we know that Sharon was indirectly responsible for Dorris's condition before or was this a reveal?

Well, that is an EXCELLENT point.

I hang out on Usenet, and at least 50% of the users had no idea who that guy was. THEY thought the cliffhanger was "ooh, Cane is still a bad boy". They got NO sense of the significance of who he was talking to.

Several said they wished, coincident with Nina's return, that she had somehow stumbled on pics of P3 on Kay's mantle or something, and talked about him...so they would have known who it was.

I sure didn't...but I also missed the very early introduction of Sharon and Doris.

None. When Kay killed him by intentionally driving him (and herself) over a cliff, and he lingered in the bed and married Jill on his deathbed and died...no family for P2 appeared thereafter.

From this source:

" I'm in. I took the job. They practically had to beg me before I finally said yes. Langley, Langley. Come on, mate. We have to be patient. We don't want to seem too eager. (Chuckles) Right."

Now answer me this: WHERE WAS THAT RECEPTION HELD??? Cool new set...

They're going to have to retcon this s/l to hell! But it's ok, for now. I mean usually there's a culprit - someone who did something for some unknown reason. But Phillip is there just smiling, not locked away in a basement or something. Dmarex said

, and I theorized it as well. But upon reflection, I find that apalling. Gay men get enough flack for not being men who take responsibility for their actions and being weak. To leave your son without a father, and leave his family in pain would be so unforgivable. I hope MAB comes up with something better than this. It didn't work for Dixie's big return. Some compelling reason for Phillip (if it is Phillip) to have left his wife and child for all these years only to pick at the scab more by sending some Aussie to take his place? I'm stumped.

    • I find Missy Reeve's views offensive and I don't want to defend her, but I don't think she ever said anything publicly about Days "gay content".   In fact, I don't think she's ever said anything negative about Days at all.  There's no indication Missy is difficult or unprofessional on set-except for the whole affair thing years ago lol-but that's a whole different topic. I can dislike Missy as a person and still think she's the perfect fit for Jen.  Cady tried and it didn't work for me.  Whenever Missy steps into the role it works.  It's a two things can be true situation.  Missy has some bad opinions, but she's great at playing Jennifer.
    • Doesn't the funeral go into Tuesday
    • Christian Streaty wrote her second freelance script today on Days. Surprised they gave the first funeral episode to a newbie.
    • And the third thing, which I have no cite for, and I may look to see if one is findable, but supposedly she said that the show had too much gay content in it. And, to be fair, that could be someone making a criticism about balance & not be bigotry but when it's added to the other, that's why it bugs people.

The greatest tv series season finale in history.
    • Mick Savage was sooo unbearable. And more unbearable was the reaction from the female characters to him - they were acting like he is God's gift to women and sooo irresistible. To a point of unbelievable cringe.
    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?

    • Now this strikes me as funny. I have it up on my acct. The thing is I only have S2. Didn't want either 1 or 3.  Perhaps I should just list all of these that I have up.  Parodies: Dirty Sexy Money, Filthy Rich Incomplete: The Monroes, All That Glitters, Falcon Crest (have all just not all up), Once & Again S2 only Complete: Models Inc, Pasadena, Pacific Palisades, Paper Dolls, Flamingo Road
