I Googled Petronia Paley and found this interview in which she speaks very highly of Paul Rauch for getting her the gig on AW. Interesting considering his rep with black actors:

Pamela Kay was a news anchor for WJLA, Channel 7, in Washington DC and apparently held a similar position in San Diego.

She now uses the name Pamela Davis, which was the name of Rachel's half sister!

Good episode. This YT poster has quite a few AW vids from that era. Gosh I loved the Burrells and Lila. This era had its flaws but it's twenty times better than what is on TV nowadays.

I loved Lila, too, especially when they paired her with Cass. Lisa Peluso was the best casting move that AW made in those last few years.

He will be missed. I only got to watch the last few years of Another World, but he was one of my favorite actors.

So sad. He was relatively young at 72. I think it's worth posting on the main board.

I'm looking for further confirmation. I found that the Charles Keating involved in the Savings and Loan scandal in the 80s died earlier this year so maybe there is some confusion. None of the soap media are reporting it.
