all we need is a little murder

And if MarkH makes one more condescending remark? You just might get your wish.

I know, I know, I know. I was just hoping - beyond hope obviously - that they weren't gonna go there with him. Call me living in a fantasy world, but after today....well.....my bubble has been burst.

I don't see what's so wrong with creating Adam into a villain? Villain's propel soaps. They're the lifeblood. And Adam's scheming has just started. He's not like Todd on OLTL creating chaos w/o motivations. Adam will always hate Victor. That hatred should be developed into plot after plot for years to come.

Why am I the only one who sees this and likes this? Am I missing something?

Redemption should only be done in film. This is television, folks. Please can't learn or else the story ends. And in this world where people come back from the dead and aren't convicted for their felonies, Adam can remain on the canvas for decades continuing his schemes against not only Victor but all of his siblings.

At least I, at times, felt something for Sheila.

Take that back. You feel something for Gloria, too. We all do. It's called "rage".

Gloria is a one-note, boring, predictable, stupid, and vile character that wore out her welcome years ago and contributes absolutely nothing to the show.

INDEED!

It's ALWAYS the same with her, right?

First scheme done: a couple of people hurt, no emotions from Gloria

Second scheme done: more people hurt, no emotions from Gloria

Third scheme done: I've lost count, Gloria tries to show emotion

After finally showing emotion, she's back to schemes no. 4,5,6,7....

After done with that, she ends up in jail and we think she's going to be better or at least written out.... but no, she's back with a new scheme...

So it's exactly like Y&RWorldTurner said.... one-note, predictable, boring and stupid for going into the same thing over and over again.

Totally OT, but that "wicked girl" looks like Jennifer Garner (circa season 1 Alias).

She is still there only because she's played by Judith Chapman.

I do feel the neet to point out that yes i do hate Gloria and want her to die.

However i love Judith and think shes fantastic.

Same with Ted actually, great actor, awesome dude. Id love to have a beer with him in fact, but Jeff? Buh-BYE!

Now we can expect answers like "are you never going to let that go" or maybe just a simple " "

Yes, because anything else wouldn't be so predictable and boring...

ITA. I love Adam as a complicated character who loves and hates his father and siblings. He can be villainous at times, but adore his nieces and nephews while he tries to destroy their parents. Adam would out last almost character of his generation look at Victor and Jack.

You mean Gloria not being locked away for good in some dirty prison surrounded by butches isn't fantasy enough? Sigh.

Gloria is a one-note, boring, predictable, stupid, and vile character that wore out her welcome years ago and contributes absolutely nothing to the show.

At least I, at times, felt something for Sheila. And yeah, she was lots more fun to watch.

I  these statements.

Sheila had a solid foundation. Gloria's quicksand.

And I like Judith, a lot actually. But she needs to go.

So did I! Well, except for the last two seasons, maybe.

I like JC, too. And I LOVE Ted Shackleford's performance. In fact, a part of me would still want to keep him even if they sent Gloria/Kevin/Jana back to Mo-Town.
