The story of the scorpion, that is David. She knows him better then anyone else has or will. She knew that Zach hadn't said anything---either before the tormado (that's the reason Bianca came to town--to tell Kendall in person), or after--since obviously, Kendall was in a coma and couldn't be told. If I ever needed proof that Nelson and his blind items are full of crap, today was it. DC rules. I really enjoyed Angie calling Krystal out on her stupidity. But Bianca KNEW Zach hadn't told her, which is why Erica suggested to her that she should be the one to tell her (to make it easier on her, IMO). I wanted Angie to tear her apart "Shut up Mom"....now thats the Kendall we all know and hate. She was acting too calm. I want to see her give Bianca hell. After the last three shows, it seems like maybe things are getting back on track. I must admit, Alicia is doing a good job and making me enjoy Kendall's "comeback" so far. The eerie calmness is winning me over - I know she's about to explode anytime. Mama Hubbard looked fierce today with that hat! I was hoping for more Krystal/Angie fighting, but I can't complain. Great scenes. Love the Amanda pregnant storyline - its great to see her in turmoil bc Chrishelle is doing so well that you feel for Amanda. David was HARSH to Tad today! I know he always is, but that line about "all women run from you eventually you clown -- and it looks like they just keep getting younger" was mean! Members rsmith2k2 Posted February 3, 2009 Members Share Posted February 3, 2009 Angie sporting that *hat* my fave part of the episode. Loves it! The interaction with Jesse was really nice and too. I think Bobbie and Debi have excellent friend chemistry and I like them as friends. Good scenes of them arguing. Though, it's hard for me personally to hear Angie speak up for Tad who's still on my nerves. Me too. Chrishelle has such a gentle sweetness inherent to her for all of Amanda's SATC ways of working through the world. JR was honorable. Adam was perfection. Petey and Colby always good. AM was really outstanding, outdoing herself today. I wasn't looking forward to Kendall returning but she's won me over. Still too much dumping of information on Kendall with the christening and the godmother and the picture. I remember when Bianca used to be a good judge of character. She thought Kendall was okay with things? I couldn't buy that Kendall wanted to see Gabrielle two seconds after holding her boys. That expression change at the close of the episode where Kendall has a single tear falling down her face and is looking at Zach. TK's face falls from thinking everything's okay to recognition that Zach's got a big huge problem on his hands. Good work by TK and finally, finally Zach's seeing the result of his actions. I thought the script was clunky in places. Rat-a-tat reveals and stressors added to Kendall again today, for example. I agree with whomever said above that said they were just a waitin' to come back from commercial so Angie could *lay into* Krystal for that smartass, low blow comment about Rebecca. She was fierce in white at the top of the episode and knows she has what it takes to bring that HAT morning, noon and night! SICK-NING. Anyway, I wasn't really paying attention this episode, but I'm glad they are throwing all these kids and kid things at Amanda (the dress for Gabrielle at the bridal shower, Kathy now) to open her up to the possibility of motherhood. I just wish more of Janet Green was factoring into Amanda's fears. She's been through hell because of her mother, isn't she afraid history might repeat itself somehow? What was that I heard about Amanda wanting to give her child to Ryan and Greenlee. REALLY?! Talk about propping! A couple that finally got it together about 3 weeks ago after years of drama, angst, presumed death, deaf children, and marriages to other people? Oh yeah, a real stable environment to offer an innocent baby up to. Jeez, Amanda, maybe you're right about not being good for a child if that's the best you can come up with. What's worse is that there's really NO ONE in Pine Valley who deserves to be a parent right now. And that's a shame on a show called All My Children. Members Steve Posted February 3, 2009 Members Share Posted February 3, 2009 That sums up very well what I thought about Monday's show, except I also loved Adam confronting Pete about Colby's "pregnancy." Amanda offered to give her child to them last week, but Rylee turned her down because they thought it was too much change for Emma (as if replacing Annie with Greenlee wasn't too much for her). It was ridiculous considering how unstable Ryan has been in the past. Imo, he'd be just as bad a father as either JR or David.
