March 14, 200916 yr Member Tiddlebit: The short-term role of Tori on AMC is being played by Lauren Singerman, Addie Walsh's daughter.
March 15, 200916 yr Author Administrator I believe Richard has retired from daytime altogether. He hasn't written since ATWT, and that was about six/seven years ago. Incorrect, my friend. ATWT wasn't his last soap. Richard co-wrote 3 DAYS scripts in 2003 (March 27, April 28, June 16).

March 16, 200916 yr Member Seems like he was probably helping out due to some special circumstances during that time. March 27, April 28, and June 16 seem like really big gaps between scripts if someone is under a trial deal or even contract for that matter.

Yeah, that makes sense... but there are rules about writing under a contract. Oh, who am I kidding... we know Days doesn't give a crap about union laws. LOL!
March 16, 200916 yr Member I'm wondering about this Meg Bennett thing... Does anyone recall when was it reported and who did it (I guess Toups, of course)? Was there any talk of why she chose to come back? I missed that whole discussion, if there was any...
March 18, 200916 yr Member I think Tommy C passed his trial run at Y&R. per his facebook status anyways. thats what i assume.

Was there any talk of why she chose to come back? I missed that whole discussion, if there was any... Yeah, it was discussed a bit. She came back because GH is now writing more episodes a week, and naturally she was a fit since she wrote for the show before and can do both breakdowns and scripts.
March 24, 200916 yr Member Toups, are you planning any interviews like those you did with Karen, Tom and Sara?
March 25, 200916 yr Member Yeah, it was discussed a bit. She came back because GH is now writing more episodes a week, and naturally she was a fit since she wrote for the show before and can do both breakdowns and scripts. Why is GH writing more episodes a week?
March 25, 200916 yr Member Why is GH writing more episodes a week? That boggles my mind as well, because I thought I read on Carol Banks Weber's SZ page when Michelle Patrick returned to AMC, she wasn't used to writing only one breakdown a week because Guza had his team writing two a week. So... wow! Unless they dropped down to writing one a week and are going back up to two, this is just... WOW! Is it episodes as in outlines or episodes as in scripts or episodes as in both outline and script?
March 26, 200916 yr Author Administrator Toups, are you planning any interviews like those you did with Karen, Tom and Sara? Nope. I haven't had any time. It's both. All I was told is that they want to get further ahead and they're doing 6-packs now (like most shows). So I guess they were doing 5-packs before.
March 26, 200916 yr Member Oh, boy... I don't know how to feel about this. I've picked up GH again every few days for the past couple of weeks... It's the same Bizarro Universe. Law Enforcement=Bad, Organized Crimelords=Good. A woman's allowed to give birth to a baby, but is separated from the baby for its first six months (due to coma, PPD or kidnapping). Sonny's in charge of the business -- oops, no, it's Jason -- wait a minute, it's Sonny! Sonny's involved with a woman who will undoubtedly set up the 573rd BETRAYAL storyline... And now, Guza intends to pump out more of the redundant repetition at a faster pace? Oh, boy...
