Young Turks and Intercept, I just can't, but I'll take your word for it.

Yeah, I know what you mean but the stock photo itself is very easy to find and source.

Oh I think the way his campaign has treated and tried to con black voters (and even worse, doesn't even care about black voters and just pretends it does for rich whites) is awful and deserves to be exposed. Hopefully some sites that are less beholden to Bernie and to Trump will pick it up. Thanks for finding the information.

TBH, I didn't read the actual article because I genuinely know what you mean about The Intercept.  Still, I was struck by the photograph and how easy it was to see that it was not done in the U.S.  It's not surprising but mind-blowing nevertheless to see these politicians act so disingenuously.  It's as if they think we're all stupid.  I think it would be more understandable to me if Bloomberg, Buttigieg and Patrick were all running as Republicans why they have decided to campaign for president.

If Buttigieg were straight he'd be a Republican, and if Bloomberg weren't from New York he'd be a Republican. I have no real doubt about it. I know some say that about Elizabeth Warren as well, but I think in her case she genuinely did move away from the party based on their callousness toward the people. Maybe I'm too generous, I don't know.

Ken Vogel is being roasted on Twitter again, as his long history of being a stenographer for Rudy, etc. (which is what kicked off impeachment in the first place, while Vogel whined on TV that Rudy's blunders were 'distracting from the real Biden story') has been repeatedly invoked during today's hearings.

When the Times finally clears out these access hacks, many will end up at Fox a la Ed Henry.

I thought the same thing about Buttigieg but the funny thing about Bloomberg is that he spent 2 out of his 3 terms as NYC mayor as a Republican.  After he left office, he went back to being known as a Democrat but personally, I don't think he really knows what that means.

Even partisan stooge says Trump's intimidation tweets are digging a hole for Orange Menace. It's been a good day for the white hats.

I skimmed a little of that yesterday but the whole thing made me feel disgusted. About one of the cases, anyway. I didn't read the other. None of the men he was with defended him. Clearly the more depraved you are the more Trump wants you by his side.

News like this can really be dispiriting, which is why whenever I read about people/states fighting and suing Trump, it feels like such a breath of fresh air. Speaking of cleaner air.

Okay, this goes beyond some misleading stock photos. This is unsufferable.

Lord knows, I'm no fan of Slate either but there is an article on the whole topic on their site.

Buttigieg's campaign is slowly self-destructing.  Good.
