I'm just thinking that if they go the Silver Kane #1 route with Josh (faux/imposter), they'll eventually go the Silver Kane #2 route someday (the real deal son with some other inexplicable origin). Quit the kids with Erica, move on and focus on the grandkids who will be teens within 3 years anyway.

All Pratt has to do is say that Josh found out right before he stole the $20 million that it was all a con. Hell, they could even say that's why he did. Because he freaked out and wanted to just make a life for himself outside of Erica Kane and Greg Madden and all of that nonsense.

Like I said, Madden was still alive when the first DNA test was done. It's not a stretch in any sense of the word to say that he knew it was coming and rigged it. The Martin's being Martin's, wouldn't question it. I always thought all these doctors took it all way to easily anyway.

I hope for CE and all of the fans sakes that Pratt knows to play this card.

I think though Josh can still be a part of the Martins and Kanes, though he is no longer blood related. Soaps are known for having "honorary" family members. I can't see Kendall turning or back on Josh, she loves him too much a brother and a friend. Same with Erica. She has fallen in love with Josh too. It is nice too for Erica to have a "son."

I think this would be a good median to retcon the abortion retcon, preserving one of PV's most salient moments, and not ignore the relationships that have been built over the last three years.

^ oh absolutely. Even I wouldn't want Josh to loose the relationships he's built with Erica, Kendall, Bianca and the Martin's. In fact, I'd hope that if AMC does let Pratt fix this, that he'd let Josh keep those bonds. I don't think anyone who loves him would feel any differently to know that he wasn't blood.

I honestly do wonder though, if this might be where they're going. It all just seems really odd to me, to go through so much trouble to make Josh act OOC to write him out, and then bring him back. Why? To deal with the aftermath and pay once a month support system to his family? I dunno.

I like you guys' ideas. There are some viable ways to clean that whole mess up. I can't help but feel sorry for Josh the character and Colin the actor, I mean, of course he got a check, but this s/l has been so controversial and generally despised. And hey, if he sticks around and isn't Jeff's and Erica's, there's always the possibility that we could find his real parents... great chance to bring in some cool special guest stars, say Victoria Wyndham or Stephen Schnetzer.

I like that Myrt's memorial is at the casino. Very fitting. She'd love that!

I'm happy they're dedicating the entire episode to her. Why couldn't they do that for Phoebe (Ruth Warrick)??????

Umm they did.

I know i'll get in trouble but WOOHOO that Colin's back :D

I want to wipe him off the map. Erase him entirely. I want to hold the little memory-wiping stick from Men in Black up to the camera and obliterate him from the memory of everybody watching.

But that's just me.

It's a bit different for me. I think Colin is great. And Josh has the potential to be a great character. But as the unabortion, I want nothing to do with him. And don't care if they put a bullet in the characters head in front of Erica, Kendall and Bianca. That's how much I loathe his existence. But Josh exists. He can stay. He just needs not to be the unabortion. A con is the easiest way for that to happen. It could be told in a matter of a few episodes, the fall out could span a couple of weeks at the most, and we'd be done with the whole debacle. Josh can stay. He's not a Kane or a Martin. The history that came with him is restored. It's not hard to do. And needs to be done, preferably sooner, but later works as well.

I do believe that at some point AMC will fix it. It's just a matter of when, and if Frons is finally canned.

I am glad that Josh is back as well. He is the only Kane outside of Spike, Ian, and Miranda that I really care about. I loathe Bianca, I don't really like Kendall, and I don't really care that much about Erica.

They dedicated an entire episode to Phoebe?

Then why do I remember Rylee in the mix....?

I can't Remember if Ryan and Greenlee were in that Episode, BUT The Episode had Babe in there and Jamie had to Dump Babe or he wouldn't get Phoebe's Money. Jamie was going to take Phoebe's Money and go to Medical School and Become A doctor. It was Babe that People were Complaining about and They would rather just have that Episode be about Phoebe. Jody

They def did not dedicate the whole episode to Phoebe. Only about 1/2 the show was about Phoebe. The edits posted online help me skip to the good parts. Ryan/Greenlee and Sam/Lily got a fair share of the day. I was hoping for a stand alone ala Mona Kane. It was a good tribute, but could have been better. Especially, since they had so much old talent come back. Chuck was nothing but wallpaper. Poor Richard Van Vleet, still beautiful as ever, with his over excited voice, had prbly 3 lines total.
