Watching Monday's episode (Canada's Friday ep) right now. Monday epis tend to be Y&R's forte. I notice their ratings peak earlier in the week, too. And if you like Jill, Kay, nuBilly and Jabot stuff, it's pretty good.

Billy and Cain bare their claws. Finally Cain is catching a clue about Billy's feelings towards him. Jill is still blissfully oblivious, though. The episode really underscores the way Jill pits her sons against each other.

Kay has the best adlib to Jack: "Nobody likes a smart-ass, Jack."

Jeffrey and Gloria having it out: some good scenes from whatshisnameGary Ewing.

Michael Gross really is a good actor, and the sweetness he displayed towards Eden almost won me over re: what's been an ill-paced storyline.

Even though Adam was breaking into the Newman ranch, I still sided with him when Nick, Victoria and Nikki burst in on the ranch, roughed him up and took his house-key from him. The f*ck? It's not like it's their ranch, either.

OMG! The other Y&R thread said the forger had been on Buffy. I just realized -- it was the jock who eventually embraces his inner gay! LOL!

P.S.: IA with the Vail Bloom comments. She is beautiful, but she looks and sounds too young to be ADA. When she was mentoring under Jill at Jabot as legal consultant? Much better.

I really liked this Monday's episode.

Loved the dinner at Chancellors. Billy vs Cane should be interesting. Liked when Kay told the story of Cain and Abel from the Bible and then Cane told Billy that he won't do to him what Cain from the bible did to his brother and Billy replied: Well maybe then I should be called Cain... :lol:

I loved that Jack was there too!

And at the end finally, Jill finds out about Kay's senior moments!! Great stuff!

Oh, I just wish Billy would ask Kay if she's heard from Mac or something.

I have to say, I am usually on Newmans' side when it comes to Newmans vs Adam, but today, I was so on Adam's side. They totally overreacted today. And Nikki was acting so judgmental, acting all high and mighty, practically giving out orders to Nick and Adam.

The cream is back and I love it! I so can't wait till the truth about the damn cream comes out (it's not a spoiler, I just hope it happens..). I didn't know Jeff actually loved Gloria so much to actually be hurt by her constant helping to River.

And finally, this River storyline finally held my attention today. I mean, hopefully it will end soon, with River going to jail or escaping never to be seen again. But I made through it with only one FF..

My best scene was with The Family Jabot love it.

That scene with Katherine and Jill was very well done.

I really appreciated the directing, and musical underscores that this episode provided. Also nice mixing of the cast here.

If you're going into details, you gotta put spoiler tags (like Manny did...thanks Manny ). If it's vague, then you should be fine.

I agree that Monday's ep was good!

I enjoyed the music too, MTSRocks. It was very dark.
