Members cody_1990
Yeah, if it was true you think they would have started further back during the Classic Soap Channel years. I really wish whatever happened a few years back between P&G and Retro TV regarding EDGE would have ended up with them able to gain the rights to air what episodes are available. I think of all the P&G properties, Edge would work the best in syndication, mystery and crime would have a wider appeal I feel.
Members DRW50
I agree. And it clearly did better in syndication than any other soap aside from Dark Shadows. That's also why I think the show could have been revived, and still could.

Members Paul Raven
@DRW50 Fun find-did that cover have anything to do with EON?
Members DRW50
I'd guess no but I haven't read it.
Members Paul Raven
@DRW50I did a search at a certain site and found that issue. Just stated that the cover photo was Larkin Malloy from CBS Guiding Light. Not sure how EQMM chose their covers. Anyway, that issued featured a short story that I have never read by Ursula Curtiss, a favorite suspense writer. So thanks for that.
Members EONGLOLTL
I have just finished reading the oral histories about Ryan's Hope and Texas. I also read the oral history on One Life to Life a few years back. I couldn't put them down! So interesting to hear from all the actors and behind the scenes folks. How do we go about getting one for The Edge of Night? I know many of the actors have passed but there are many still around. I'd love to know what when down with Edge moving to ABC and what they thought once they got there with less station clearances. I sure miss Edge and a great many soaps of yesterday......
Members vetsoapfan
I've been championing the idea of TEON being rebooted for years. One author I'd like to see helming the project is Jonathan Kellerman, who has authored a plethora of mystery novels about a psychiatrist named Alex Deleware. Like TEON's Henry Slesar, Kellerman is a master at weaving intricate and surprising suspense/mystery stories, but is also adept at characterization and interpersonal relationships. I think he'd be fabulous at writing for a new version of TEON.
Members chrisml
Is there a way to watch the show in any consistent way--a particular story or time? I've never seen a second of the show so I would not know where to start if there are available consistent uploads.

Members Soaplovers
USA Network ran the last 3.5 years back in the 80s.. and there was a rumor that they were one of the interested parties that wanted to carry the show with new episodes. However, the cost was too high so they just aired the reruns. They selected June 1981 as the starting point since the Emily plotline was tied up, Draper/April were preparing to leave, Lisa Sloan debuted as Nicole, and Raven/Sky were going into high gear.

Members Contessa Donatella
Last year Stephen King inquired about how he could watch all of EON!!! This was on Twitter. He found the answers we gave less than satisfying.
