Actually, JFP has been doing this FOR YEARS. The showing of the Emmy's was a staple on Santa Barbara (where it worked, because SB was a quirky soap), but Jill's brought this trait over to GH as well, where it looks stupid.

Ah. I didn't remember that from SB.

You're so right though. It works on SB because any viewer could come up with some goofy reason why CC or Augusta had some random Emmy statue in the background. (Especially Augusta)

But not in a mobster's penthouse.

They are, but I could have used a little bit more. After all the promos couldn't they have given us just a little bit more? I assume they didn't because they aren't in a relationship yet, but still. I think Matt is going to enter the picture now.
