Skye's parentage was re-written on OLTL and then again on GH. The bottom line is, Skye was raised knowing Adam as her father, so for Adam not to name her, seems pretty dumb IMO. However, I don't think Robin Christopher wants to come back to soaps. I heard GH wanted to resign her, though they weren't using her, but she left on her own accord. She lives in the east coast again, so commuting to tape AMC would be close, but I don't think she'll do it.

I think it's ridiculous how they rewrote Skye/Adam's history (on OLTL and GH). First of all, Adam and Skye always had a rocky relationship, but we always saw that Adam cared about her and loved her! So the "Adam doesn't care about Skye" [!@#$%^&*] that we've been seeing in recent years is just totally ridiculous.

WOW! WHAT is the daggone PROBLEM?! She looks just fine! Most 18 and 19 year old characters on television are played by actors in their early to mid 20s.

Good grief! Acting like Yaya stole your damn part or something. Sheesh!

As for Danielle, Tanisha Lynn and only Tanisha Lynn should come back as Danielle. She never had the chance to shine.

I believe we have our beloved Megan McTavish to thank for the constant rewriting of Skye's parentage. She and Angie Shapiro concocted the idea of having Linda Dano travel the ABC soaps in search of her daughter. McTavish wrote the bible for it...eventually having Rae revealed as Myrtle's daughter, Skye revealed as Rae's daughter, and finally Skye revealed as a Quartermaine. The idea was to link all three soaps through Dano. Like a lot of McT's stuff, it seemed like there was no bible or firm plan in place and that she was making it up as she went along. We throw the term "clusterfuck" around a lot on this board, but that story really deserves that term to describe it.

calm down. I just dont find Yaya as a believable teenager. She would have been better suited for someone in their 20s.. I have no problem with a mid 20 actor playing a younger role if they can pull it off. Some actors can pass for a teen; Yaya unfortunetly isnt one of them
