Nicole Forester??? WTF!! Deidre Hall should've been nominated instead of her or Jeanne Cooper.

Crystal C was amazing in 07 and Maura West was terrific.

Honorable mention to Michelle Stafford.

However, I see Maura West or Crystal taking it.

What a Bunch of Bull that Tyler Christopher didn't get a Nom. What a crock.

Glad for David Canary though.

I would've dumped Stafford, Cooper, and Forrester, and replaced them with Eakes (who should probably have put herself in the supporting category), Hall, and especially Scott. Stafford looked bored for most of the year, Forrester is relatively weak compared to the other prenoms, and Cooper is just not a a lead actress. As far as the guys go, I would've dumped LeBlanc and Geary in favor of Knight and Bryce (who probably wasn't nominated b/c his story bombed and he spoke out in the press). LeBlanc was supporting and upped the scenery chewing to new heights, and Geary, well, since Genie Francis's short stint a year and a half ago, he just seems to be phoning it in and going through the motions.

I'm trying to think what Geary could've submitted and the only episode I can remember is when Luke told Lulu about the rape.

Geary is the da man, so I'm always happy whenever he's nominated.

Aside from DC & CC all of these are a joke.

NF shouldn't have gotten a nomination. But when someone is on-screen as much as she was last year, there's plenty of stuff to choose from. IMO she simply isn't leading lady material.

I'm stoked about Crystal Chappel though. She was great last year.

Seriously, no Deidre? Make fun of Days all you want but they've got some seriously talented people. Dee proved again, this year, she deserves to be invited to the party (I love Ali but, she was too much this year). At the risk of starting an arguement, she's more deserving of recognition than some of her "soap diva" colleagues.

Anyway, I also love me some Bobbie Eakes(more sadness ). Another one who deserves more recognition than she's gotten.

If Crystal Chappell doesn't win Lead Actress, there is no justice at all....

IF Maura West doesn't win, I'll be so mad but if she doesn't. I'll rather Crystal.
