Days can show the vets 24/7 but People aren't going to tune if the writing sucks. Yeah Days is more balance but the writing still sucks. That is why people are not tuning back in.

Uncannily steady for ATWT--2.3 every day, and has been for a while. Shows the audience is rock solid, right?

Two or Three weeks ago the show was at a 2.5 but I think a lot of Fans are ticked off about so many Actors leaving. Heck even I stopped watching because of Scott and Cady

huh? where did THAT 2.6 come from GH?!

could it be Sarah Brown? could she have that Vanessa Marcil touch that even Genie Francis didnt have?...

They got a Holiday bounce from MLK day. If you take it out, they still got a 2.5 for the week which isn't impressive.

GH has been VERY good the past couple of weeks. Kudos to Garin Wolf, Michael Conforti and Jill Farren Phelps for having a BALANCED, well written show. This is the kind of momentum they needed.

ITA, GH has improved a lot recently and I'm really enjoying it - nice that they could do it before February Sweeps which started today. It looks like the only soaps to be helped by the MLK Holiday were the ABC shows and Y&R.

It's funny, GH has been promoting her like Crazy and for the pass two weeks!! The ratings have been up by .1 so I'm excited about next week.

Thanks LsKtreet. From these numbers, soaps mostly stayed the same, 1 or 2 went up a little and 1 or 2 went down a little.

Watched GH last week - bored out of my mind. Repeats of L&O on TNT with Chris Noth was more exciting. I guess I'm in the minority but I wasn't impressed.

What do you think it will be like without Gwen and Will?

Higher I would think, alot of people are sick to death of them.

Good to see that most of the soaps at least held steady. I actually expected better ratings because of the holiday but I guess those days are gone. Too bad Days is still struggling. I wonder what this will mean in terms fo their renewal. I really want to see B&B break in to the 3.0 range but they just can't seem to get there.

It is interesting that AMC did so well on Monday. I wonder if more people tuned in than usual to get a glimpse at the return of Angie. The real Greenlee's return last week didn't do anything for the show but maybe people wanted to see Angie and Jessie again. Or it could just be because of the holiday!

I'm glad Y&R held stable because it really has improved ten fold from a year ago. Despite some stories being out there, the show has been on a creative upswing lately and it looks like some viewers are noticing that. GH has been considerably better, but still there's a lot to be worked out. I'm sure Sarah Brown's return will have some type of ratings spike.

DAYS, well, I don't know what to say about that show when it comes to ratings. It didn't even seem to benefit from last Monday's holiday, like other soaps did...
