"...came in and seized power..."

I just lurve that. It makes LML sound all Caligula-esque.

Did you check the archives? :P;)

He last directed for Y&R on January 7, 2004.

Yes, I'm apalled at A's statement, too. :D

But Khan that's exactly what that plot driven bitch did! The backstage shenanigans at Y&R were scores better than the storylines played out during the LML era.

LOL He's a veteran of the Directors/Writers thread, so that's why I was disappointed by his question. He should know better.

Exactly. And besides, he is a huge David Shaughnessy fan!! :D  What on Earth happened Y&RWorldTurner?  B)

That is why she's been called various names, among others "Nazi woman" by SON member crc. :D

I think we're all entitled to a few mistakes. Sylph, you had a pretty "special" moment the other day remember?

Of course. I mean nothing bad with this.

BTW, which mistake in particular do you refer to? :D

Oh, no, I agree. LML did seem to get all Roman emperor-y w/ Y&R. It's just fun to imagine all the backstage drama unfolding like something out of "I, Claudius", lol.

Yes, too bad. :(

I guess I got confused when he started directing for B&B with the time he stopped directing for Y&R. I could've sworn he directed up to 2006 occasionally with Y&R, but that's wrong.

BTW, I wonder if he'll still direct for B&B or is he strictly doing Y&R now? I guess he can juggle both shows....

I wishe he wouldn't. But only because I want him to become Y&R's new executive producer. B)

Oh he will, I'm certain. ;)

I mean how do you explain BELL ERA PEOPLE like Sally McDonald being promoted and David Shaughnessy coming back on if Latham's going to be back after the strike? If this doesn't signal that Latham is gone, I don't know what does.

Shaughnessy is perfect to be EP again, I mean he was a producer and director on the show for a decade before he was named EP the first time around. He knows the ins and outs of Y&R more than anyone else right now.
