If true this casting news is horrendous: ALW is at least very sexy and has some acting abilities whereas Lauren Woodland would be the final death nail for the character of Courtney and probably GH as a whole. Both LW and Natalia Livingston in frontburner storylines - it couldn't get any worse!!!

I've never really liked LW on Y&R. But she did have a few scenes before her exit that I did like of her. But if I had to choose, LW would be one of few actors on Y&R that were in the "not so good acting" sector.

I honestly think ALW is not as been as an actress. I blame it mostly on the character whereas LW and Brittany were uniform for me on Y&R. I know you like this girl, Hartless, but I can’t stand her one inch and her lack of convincing acting was one of the reasons

Two LW's heading to GH. First Laura Wright now Lauren Woodland. I think she's a very good actress, but over the last year or so her material tanked!

I am actually happy about this. LW is probably the only actress alive that can make me like Courtney even if only a teeny tiny bit. But I hope they totally change the charatcer of Courtney and make her stop being such a goddamned slut.

I like Courtney on certain days, but I'd much rather them kill the character off. Courtney is not need on the show. Courtney/Jax were fun to watch, but if they're not going to commit to them, what other purpose is she going to serve? How much longer can they possibly drag on the Jax/Courtney/Nikolas/Emily quad?

I don't really care which way or another for LW but EHP would totally suck. Unless they decide to reunite her with Jason, they could have a contest of which one has the most vacant stare.

I was kinda hoping they'd uncover some hot new talent, but I guess they're trying to avoid another Jenny Bransford (dont even get me started on how crap GH treated her), but they could have at least gone with someone who actually resembles ALW. I think Shawn Batten (ex SuBe) would have made a great Courtney, they have practically the same voice and many of the same mannerisms, which is funny considering Batten took over the role of Sarah from Woodland.

Shawn Batten should have been a Carly recast. She's too old to play Courtney.

I don't want Lauren in the role. She's sleep inducing.

I'm glad Erin Hershey Presley didn't get it. As much as I loved Port Charles, I really couldn't stand her. She's really hot, but Allison annoyed the hell out of me. Then again, so did Rafe, but I looooooooove Brian Gaskill on ATWT...

I think it's a step up, I'm no Lauren fan but at least she doesn't roll her eyes when she's bored. Anyone notice Courtney's eye rollings, her looking bored in scenes with Jax.

Alicia does favor those mannerisms. I'm happy she is a goner.
