As "daysfan" said Jett's been in several scenes with Abe. Plus Lexie left the 4th July party at because she saw Jett there, she mentioned he was Abe's nephew before she took off.

I think Marcus started out pretty good. Lately I just don't feel it. I think there's some others that are worse them him though. It would be nice to have a story with the Carvers, and not just Abe & Lexie included. On the other hand I don't want Jett in a story with them if the actor can't bring it. But I do feel there's a certain other actor that should go before Marcus.

Both Jett and Jeremy were poorly cast and should be recast, but I think they are characters who should still be on the show.

I liked Jett at first but have come to despise him in the last few weeks. It's mostly a matter of too much, too soon. Plus, they've written him as an incompetent screw up who has risked his career and other people's lives for the sake of a girl he had barely interacted with. He told Chelsea he had invented his fiancee as a way to keep distance between them because he had feelings for her, but fake fiancee Danielle was first mentioned the day he met Chelsea. (Or possibly the second meeting--I'm not interested in this group enough to waste brain cells on the exact timeline of events.)

I had a feeling this was going to happen. I had heard he was on thin ice prior to Ed even arriving because of his other activities. I am not shocked. I suspect he was going to get fired eventually anyway, along with Jeremy. I knew once I heard Ed had alot of power that Jett and Jeremy would be first to go. I just couldn't see Ed keeping them on.

Scott is not known for being controversial so no surprise concerning this firing. Patrick may never be hired in daytime again b/c of his nude pics all over the net/homes (for those who have hard--no pun intended--copies of Playgirl). I think Patrick's only option left is B&B, but does Bradley Bell want to write for a black person long-term?

I think Marcus' acting deteriorated recently because he was much better in the beginning. He most likely would much rather be doing other things. He was Mr. Miami after all LOL and has great photos all over the place. I'm sure he can get much better than soaps.

I hope the new casting director does a better job with the new people coming on. Hate seeing any actor fired, but hopefully he'll move on to bigger things.

Glad to hear Marcus Patrick's gone. Jett had some possibilities, but the axe should fall on the newbies first. Trevor Donovan(Jeremy) & Aliaina Waters. I think that's here name(China Lee) should most definitely be next. I also hope that Scott ends up axing Will Utay(Rolf) and Blake Berris(Nick) too. Berris is an ok actor, but I've grown very,very,very tired of lame Nick. Send him back to where he came from. I'd have him leave town with China Lee and her boys, lmfao. He's stupid enough to marry the ho, so let him leave town with her, haha. I do hope that Jeremy is definitely re-cast, and that Mike Horton and maybe Robin Jacobs are brought back for him. DAYS should also bring back Mickey Horton, in the form of John Clarke (if health permits) or a new actor, a daytime vet. The role could just be recurring. Also it would be nice to bring in one of Mickey & Maggie's daughters back on contract. Sarah Horton, the youngest, has the most possibilities IMHO.

Oh please no, not another part of a story with Kate trying to destroy one of her kids relationships. I think we've seen enough of that, and then some.

Jett never felt long-term and neither did Marcus Patrick. Not surprised at all.

Word. The last casting director had a terrible track record with hiring men for the show (James Scott being a lucky exception). I got the sense that he or she had a complete blind spot for pretty boys with waxed chests and tight abs and simply wasn't able to see past that to whether or not someone could actually act.
