Apparently the ATP has concluded its investigation of the abuse allegations against Zverev and has declared insufficient evidence regarding the allegations made by Sharypova, neither confirming nor denying her accusations. After all this time, the ATP acted exactly as we predicted.

I knew they'd do nothing. The injury at the French Open last year was his suspension. Someone higher up took matters into their own hands. I still think he should've gotten suspended. The ATP is a joke.

Australian law seems to be a different kettle of fish.

I don't know anything about the case (Kyrgios), but interesting.  The way it's described in the article makes it open for me - either way.  I don't like Nick K. and I think he's a hot head, doesn't surprise me if he was physically abusive.  On the other hand though - this sounds typical for a girl trying to stop a guy from leaving.  Like it or not, it happens.  And when a guy says he's leaving - let him go. If he called himself an Uber, or got in his car - you don't stand in front of it to keep someone from leaving.  (Isn't that kidnapping or fall under it or something - holding you against your will?)??  So - I don't know enough.  But I've been on both sides of it actually and had a guy come for me saying I was physically abusive.  I'd had a verbal altercation with him and over the period of 2 hours begged him to leave my house.  He just would not.  I shoved him out the door, and then he went around spouting I had physically abused him.  (Now, I'm 5'5" and 145 pounds.  He was 6'2" and 210 and the 'top').  LOLLLLL.  So.

Here is a summary of the judge’s response, according to this tweet, for those who haven’t been able to read the article.
