I’m digging Yuichi Sugita with the facial hair. There’s something Fognini-esque about him with the beard. EDIT: I just realized he’s wearing Fabio’s kit.

Jared Donaldson is having a rough go of it. Out in the first round of Barcelona to Dutra Silva. Saw that Sandgren was out to Jaziri.

It's good that I haven't been watching this week because I'd be severely disappointed in the tennis.

What's going on this week with Stuttgart though? Sloane got slaughtered in that match against CoCo and I heard she got booed. Did anyone see it? I always knew she was inconsistent but she only won 1 game in the entire match? Yikes!

I'm seeing there has been a rash of retirements today. This is looking like the ATP.

I was watching the match but didn't see that particular point. I've never seen Grigor react that way after a match. I agree Chit....Grigor is love.....so that outburst with Busta surprised me.

I think he knew he should have won that match. We’ve seen antics from Grigor before (the Istanbul final with Schwartzman) that are OOC.

Yeah, but that incident wasn't towards Schwartzman. He was breaking rackets not coming after Schwartzman.

Does anybody think that Eva is actually redeemable at this point? Because I have no idea where the writers are even going with Leslie & Eva at this point and I really didn't like how Eva acted with Laura the other day. Am I a moron for wanting to believe the best in Eva? I just don't know anymore.

I somehow missed this one when it aired! It does remind me of the one I posted that had Genie Francis and Marcy Walker in it. There were other soap stars in it too. Terror in the Shadows also had Leigh McCloskey and Victoria Wyndham as costars. Makes me think someone knew soap actors would be a draw.

Not that there wouldn't have been opportunities! For instance, they could've hired George Takei (there's your ST person) as one of Chao-Li's relatives, who was also after the Nazi treasure. Or they could've hired Anthony Daniels and Kenny Baker (a.k.a. C3PO and R2D2) as another team out for the gold (and comic relief for the storyline). Heck, they could've even hired none other "Blofeld" himself, Donald Pleasance, as a sworn enemy of Gustav and his father's, who will stop at nothing, including romancing poor Emma, to keep Riebmann from reclaiming the treasure.

I agree. Especially because it happened so damn quickly, with absolutely no breathing room for him, for Cathy, for all of us.
David Jacobs insisted that was the plan all along, but I doubt it. I think they had every intention of keeping Joshua around for years to come, but Michael Filerman and his ego ruined everything.
I'd still love for someone who was there to explain to us what the original intention was for Empire Valley; was it ALWAYS meant to be revealed as an underground spy network? Because, even if that wasn't how it started, it still feels as if they were leading up to something big. Otherwise, why invest so much time in another real estate development scheme? We'd already been there and done that with Lotus Point.
