I think he's more in denial than a dumbass. Its really a hard thing to imagine that your child is not your child and your wife who you adore and put on a pedestal has been playing you for an entire year. He doesnt want to beleive it

I am going to say it; Lucky don't need to be with Liz, nor if they are going the route, Sam....Both women to me are whiny and point blame at everyone else but themselves. Sam placed blame on Liz, etc for her tryst with Ric. Liz blames everyone else for her stupidity with Jason.

Lucky indeed needs to be free..

Liz's testimony was so far beyond disgusting. Lemme guess - even GOD goes to the local hitman for help... Am I correct? That is the way she made it sound.

The police are a bunch of morons, something that Luza has made as plain as day.

How are the police department supposed to do anything and get any credit when the entire town praises the local killer?

I don't have a problem with Jason. But I hate each and every single groupie/disciple this man has.

Luza is so shortsided that he has convinced himself that entire audience loves Jason, and we want to see the integrity of each and every character compromised because of him...

What is being done to Lucky is EXACTLY what the audience witnessed with AJ Quartermaine. Luza is not even trying to disguise it.

ASSWIPE!

When I watched this show back in the mid 90's I loved it. Even at the time that Jason joined up with Sonny, I didn't have a problem with it. They still focused a lot on the Quartermaine family, without having them embedded in the messes of Sonny. They focused on the young adult romances, without embedding their storylines in the messes of Sonny (well, with the exception of Jaggar/Brenda)....but as the years past, every single character, new or old are tied to Jason/Sonny and anything to do with the mob wars.. and if some characters aren't, they manage to find a way to throw them in there somehow.

    • We have 10000000 channels but broadcast channels still find a reason to preempt shows. Its should be an option either you want to watch breaking news or the scheduled programming.
    • I agree with this. The fail is trying to make Joss some kind of heroine.
    •  That's my station station too. Yep, just turned the TV on and Pope is on. Welp.
    • Yeah I saw it and it's still idiotic. I like the Pope, but it's not interrupt shows newsworthy
    • As someone who was watching OLTL at the time, Dano did excellent work, but the writing was weird. Dano even got Emmy nominated for what she did. However, it did feel that the writers did not know what to do with her, but to be fair, it did feel like a lot of that was that the character was a network mandate and the writers were making it up as they were going on. I didn't watch Dano's trek around all the soaps. That kind of thing would have worked better with an ABC performer not someone who had been off OLTL for decades. I can't imagine AW without Felicia Gallant. I really don't want to because she provided so much joy for me when there was so much disappointment on that show. The only time I thought her character didn't work was the John/Felicia storyline but it got Anna Holbrook an Emmy so I can't complain all that much. It's just another example of drama at the expense of character.
    • Bringing this over from the soccer/soaps ratings thread yesterday:  Errol said: "CBS put out a notice that it could preempt at a moment's notice as the Pope selection continues, dependent on how long it takes, of course." New pope just chosen, name to be announced soon. Yeah CBS-NewYork channel 2 is airing Pope coverage instead of Y&R right now.
    • @brisbydog - I like that you have a signature font, très chic Abe and Paulina's new apartment was the first thing I noticed.  I don't understand why people over a certain age in Salem automatically move into a condo? When it seems just as simple to make the set seem like a detached home.  But, I will give points to attention to detail of choosing colors that compliment the Black actors in the scene. Which then led to the second thing I noticed.  Why would EJ want Kayla's office, when his is 3xs the size?  Also, even if he buys the hospital, won't Kayla get to keep her office? Lastly, can we at least give Cat the agency to decide on her own with whom she wishes to date?  Do men actually need to negotiate on her behalf?  She's stunning.  My advice would be if Chad is friend-zoning her after a year together, move on to his richer brother.
    • OH!!! I love it. I can't believe I missed that. In one of the 2 fan events held the 2 years after the sorry end of our lovely show, both  Anna Stuart & Stephen Schnetzer attended & I got to talk to each of them. Obviously I was in heaven. Although at least I didn't do my shy star struck thing.
    • We probably won't get any of our CBS soaps today cause of the Pope stuff, cause you know they have to air it on regular network despite having 24/7 news channels

    • I still don't know when/how did Iris find out about Evan's connection to Janice?
